Personally... this was Vonta's first post on these boards. Meaning it took an attack on his group to make him do anything. That indicates to me that he doesn't care about the group, just its OOC assets.
That being the case, I would argue that TOO simply be dissolved as a group. If Lupercus wants to play out the attack with TOO as an NP faction, chronicaling its downfall or whatever, cool. But (imo) it hardly deserves to be treated as a faction after this length of inactivity.
I believe a similar situation led to Black Sun being dissolved by the staff.
Considering the fact that this is still an IC group as of yet, then are posting that ICly then I have the chance to post as well lup. For nothing like this has been so stated.
Unless you want to denie me that right as a RPer of a group that you are attacking.
I am seeing about a proper response yet as well from the staff with centain issues, I noted that. One response does not make a finishing of bussiness.
Well, the reason i posted was because the staff has made a decision.
First of all, TOO is not an IC group anymore.
Also, your attempted deal with VC is exactly that. Attempted. You have had 6 months since the board was created to make a simple OOC post surrendering your assets to VC. You have not done so. Hell, you've only just registered on the board!
This is the staff decision.
