OOC: Like Ripples in a Pond (Naboo to Dantooine)

Yes! The time has finally come for the RP I spoke of. I decided to leave it as my original intention, open instead of making it just a duel like I was thinking of... Irtar is cutting across the galaxy, literally, so who knows what adventures are going to come along the way? And how's it fun cutting out everyone else?

Alright, but unto details. As it stands, Irtar just went unto the Hydian Way. Closest trade line, he'll be trying to keep himself inconspicuous. After all, it's just one of a billion y-wings. But he'll still have to cut through the core. But Irtar's ultimate goal is to get to Dantooine.

I'll make my first post starting it tommorrow morning because dammit is it late and am I tired.

Just throwing the idea out there for everyone to criticize and think on... Oh, and the only thing is...

A) I need at least one Sith to eventually jump in to do a duel or somat. So close to Jedi Knight but... too far...

B) Please keep your involvement somewhat sane for the thread. I'm not any enemy fleet, but a Padawan who whacks his head off ceilings and is still using a training saber.

C) I want to try to keep this more character/character development based.

Other than that... sky's the limit.

Oh, and in case you're wondering about the title of the thread, those whom know Irtar's full, planned backstory (Myself, Vodo, and Leia are all whom know I think...) will think it makes sense. The rest of you, can just wait to see ;)

I'm awaiting acceptance at the DSO... I would love to join a character development based thread with a small dual :) That is, if you would have me.

If there's another open spot for a baddy, I may be able to contribute.

It's open. You want in, go for it. It'll just require me getting... creative to escape and live.

Oh, and I'm going under the assumption of the Vong not getting to Dantooine. I looked about for several hours and couldn't find anything but lists of the books in the series. And I'm not reading 20 novels.

But I still don't know what's the current state of Dantooine after all of it's other recent battles. SO TNO, please tell me how much work you've put into rebuilding Dantooine. Is it still in rubble or can no one tell that the planet's major settlements have been destroyed several times?

The Vong reached Dantooine in the Dark Tide books whilst Mara and Anakin where there to help her recover from her illness.

I can check what happened to it for you if you want

Okay I did a quick flick through the last pages of Dark Tide 1:Onslaught and from what I read there I think it was left in ruins after an attack by the Yuuzhan Vong. I might be slightly wrong though cus it's been ages since I've read it but chances are- you'll be going to a planet thats in ruins.

Hope that helps somehow
