Considering that he threatened me with bio-warefare in an OOC manner asking for me to pay him protection resources to prevent this and he has not told me anything about this charecter I have no intention of RPing with this charecter that is from the group set on attacking my group.
There was no identification so no foul in the attack.
The pod is damaged and on a doomed course. The Occupant is allive, I did not kill the charecter as per the rules, Gue can save her or not.
I know I'm not part of this thread and thus shouldn't interact, but a similar situation occured in Hand of the Gods.
Second fleet wanted to leave Talus/Tralus and jump to Corellia. Omnae said that even though they had no assets at corellia it counted as a battle zone and I had to take the extra post to get there. I just thought I'd include that, sorry if you feel it was unnessecary.
I believe I was overruled there though Dolash. That it was not considered a combat area because no combative contact was made ..etc..etc.. Just like in this thread (if I read the OOC comments correct.. I haven't read the thread).
The reason it took your guys so long to get to Corellia was because it took them awhile blazing across on sublights..

I cannot kill her as per the rules. Actually she is just now in a heavily damged pod that is drifting off towards a sun days away. She can have herself saved if you want but I am not RPing with an induvidual from your group unless I know somewhat your intentions are.

Also note that My hands have been tied to make any moves in my latest post againest the fleet in my system thus the rule is still circumvented by my being told that I cannot interact with a BDE fleet that has not jumped to hyper space IC yet and yet has made a jump with without posting, just on OOC say so. Otherwise I may make it as such.
