I want to do some takeovers in "Coalition of the Damned," and I'd just like to make sure that's not a problem, since I didn't announce it at the start of the thread. I didn't know where the story was going when I started it, but now that it's a little more developed, I'd like to move things along.

I don't see a problem with that as long as you are actually taking the planets IC, if you could edit the names of the planets you're taking into your title that would help as well. Just to make sure that, if there are any groups which might not want to see those planets taken, they can respond in kind.
