Marth, I asked you to check on this a while ago (in private), and evidently you failed to do so. So, it only seems fair that ORS recieve the staff's attentions, since some weeks have passed and nothing has been done to change the situation.

Following the surrender of several of your planets, you were reduced to 15 worlds. These can mantain a maximum of some 225 000 meters worth of war materials.

Your current manifest lists some 322 331 meters worth of war materials - 97 331 meters above your maximum mantinance ability.

Granted, you lost planets in battle (and I believe there is a grace period for these situations), but you've failed to act at all to claim even one planet, or to scrap ships that exceed your allotmet.

The turnover of these planets is not yet complete.

In addition, they are surrendering warships over to you, which will decrease said meterage.

Besides, since your manifest went months without an update... please do not throw glass while living in stone houses.

Um... I havn't seen Marth around (again!) so I don't know when he'll get round to it, but Kal's right about the whole turn-over thing, sinceno ORSians can be located at this time to deal with the manifests or the turnovers.

It may be a good idea to request the ships that would have to be scrapped in the peace-treaties, since he'll lose them anyways and otherwise they'd go to waste.

To the best of my knowledge, TNO hasn't submitted a complete and offical request supported by all of it's members, so...

They don't have to scrap anything. If they're still over the limit when they've turned the ships over to us, then they may have to. Until then, let it be.
