When do the terms come into effect of that treaty with TNO? Last time I thought we were done I found out it was still classified, so when do we transfer the assets?

Because I just checked and I think we're still using the assets that were given as part of the treaty, but I don't know when I'm allowed to make the treaty public.

I made the changes when I saw TNO had edited their manifest and when Farquak, Farquak Junior and Rodia had been transfered to the TNO section of the planet list.
