I ate Taco Bell today for lunch and it made me really sick. I don't know if I'm going to stay sick or not but I might be off for the next couple of days to recover if I still feel this bad.

I would not wish a poisoned Taco on anyone, or just a regular Taco for that matter.

If you felt ill almost straight after, chances are its not anything serious, but if its 24 hours later, then you should probably go and see a Doc.
