To my last recollection it was in the hands of the Sith Order, though only through direct action by Vance/Darth Vicirus and no other... But now that the Order is, for all intents and purposes, dead... and Vance was dead, and everyone still thinks he is...

I thought someone said that in exchange for beff killing chadd in Cata that Beff was getting Mandalore? Or was that another planet?
