Okay, well, since we've basically made our deal IC, lets sign off on it OOC. Of course I know you might not be around for a while, but it can wait.

I, Kal Shora, hereby do agree that The Cree'Ar Dominion does hereby grant The Black Dragon Empire one Arbiter, with the ability to reverse engineer said technology,, and do hereby grant them the specfications for the gravitic manipulation array.

In exchange, The Black Dragon Empire must, as agreed, grant The Cree'Ar Dominion specifications for, and the ability to reverse engineer and create a modified version of the ReMAT, and does also grant The Cree'Ar Dominion access to, now and in the future, information obtained from the galactic mapping project.

This agreement shall expire should in character hostilities break out, but said technologies will not be revoked.

As well, both The Black Dragon Empire and The Cree'Ar Dominion shall allow for communications and envoys from the other, without molestation or interference. No taxation shall be made on trades between the two groups.

I do hereby decree that I shall honor this agreement and that it is in order,
