This is with regards to Operation: Round Two.
Look, I'm going to try not to be an @#%$ about this, because I don't fully support the idea that after 5000 words the planet is theirs no matter what. But what you're doing is @#%$ stupid.
I understand what you are doing, but frankly, it's not going to fly. All of this raises the question of what constitutes ownership of a planet, and I certainly don't support the idea that without OOC assets you are essentially powerless, but the sort of omnipotent -- but conveniently consequence-free since you now cannot be attacked -- ownership you are playing out is bullshit, plain and simple.
Look, if Farfalen went to take an NPC planet, I could fly Gash in and raise an NPC defense against that. So long as I did so fairly and within the bounds of reality, there are no rules against it and Farfalen would be required to fight a logical battle against my forces.
What you're doing essentially is RPing a continued command of a planet that you do not and cannot own. You have given up fleet RPing. You have given up the opportunity to own more than one planet. If you want to RP a defense, fine, do it. But what you are doing is godmoding. You are no longer an intergalactic government. Face this reality and try to RP within it.
