Hex gave me the @#%$ ezOp powers for TNO. When I gave them to Simon, I lost the ezSupporter subscription I'd had before that.

I would go complain to ezboard staff about it.

They screwed up my 1st payment of my ezSupporter last year, and they extended it by 2 weeks.
