Group Application: Contegorian Confederation
This is basically to make the Confederation an official faction OOC, as it already has been in existence IC for a few months.

Description: The Confederation was initially formed by Mid Rim planetary governments who sought to strengthen their own positions against the increasingly expansionist empires such as BDE and TNO. Led by Kashan and Audacia, these planets were organized into a charter government within the Galactic Coalition to provide for mutual defence and economic benefits. The core nexus of these original six planets grew relatively quickly, developing industry and with it a significant military force. Through a series of military operations and negotiations, the Contegorian Confederation eventually reached its current strength of twenty planets. With the galaxy still in turmoil, the Confederation continues to cautiously expand its power base, growing increasing paranoid as the Empire moves in around its territory.
I've heard that there's been problems setting up new forums here at TRF, so we will likely get a forum on another site and link it to the index if that's all right.
