Hey Brutus? Listen, I was reading your post in the Pavo thread, and I happened across the last paragraph:

"The Roof

The Coalition agents who entered the tower found themselves situated at the bottom of a long narrow, cylindrical shaft- with only a lare door in front of them. They had entered the bottom of the coulmn that suspended the CEO's hexagon above the tower. As an emergency protocol, the large turbolift doors had slid open. However, the turbolift wasn;t working, as no power currently flowed through it, and the back-up emergency power had not yet be supplied. They would have to improvise..."

Now, I don't quite understand exactly where my guys are. It sounds like you said they were at the bottom of a pillar which supported the Hex, which suggested we were below the Hex, but I said we landed on top of the tower, so I assumed that the top would thus be the Hex. Is this right? If so, I'd wish it to be clarified so that I might proceed, if not, I would wish to be updated so I might move on without making mistakes.<!-- / message --><!-- message, attachments, sig -->

well, I said that because the "Tower" is the building. On top of the tower it a big column which holds the hexagonal prisim above it. It would be really hard to land on the hexagon, and if you did so you couldn't acess the power as you did in your post, so assumed you landed on the roof of the building, which is flat.

I also assumed your agents ould have some ingenius way of climbing up the turbolift shaft.

Ah, ok. Y'see, I hadn't realized that. I figured it'd be easy to land on top of the hex, and since the power cables have to run up to the hex through something (it'd have to be massive to contain its' own power generators) It'd be easier to access them from the columns connecting the Hex to the building. If however you feel I wouldn't be able to land on the Hex itself and would have to approach it from the bottom, I am willing to agree, you being the one who knows the full nature of this tower.

I will take this into account when I write the reply, which might not be until tommorow. I have FFXI and it is proving difficult to stop playing.

Another point, you see, the planning for this operation (sort of) was detailed in the last post of "Upheaval: And the clock strikes six." The mission was planned to coincide with a night Rico and his personal escort of staff were on a meeting (Perhaps the one in that other thread?)

Oh. I didn't see that, or mis-read it. If its a huge deal, I can edit it out... but I was kind of hoping Rico could be in the building. He is alone, and half asleep- not much of a threat. I'll be out of town for 2 days, btu if you still want me to edit this then I shall.

I'd appreciate it if you could, because it'd just make sense for the team to enter only when Rico was out, as security would perhaps be laxer and there would be little to no risk of bumping into him in his office.

...Yeah. So, when you're back.
