While I don't want to tell you not to be friendly and introduce yourselves around I would advise that you keep your "observations" to yourself rather then spreading misinformation to our even newer members. You help is truly appreciated, however; on the other side of that coin you don't want to get caught up in some poorly communicated BS which could result from trying to explain TRF to a newer member then youself while you still lack a greater over-all understanding.

Whatever happened to the process of making new characters after finding hot images for avatars/signatures ? Doesn't anybody do that anymore ?!

well, I could do that, but I wouldnt know what to look for, I'm more interested in the female body, and that just doesnt fit. so I am stuck with creepy, gory, and cute. If you would like, you could find me an interesting pic, and if I like it I will use it.
