Just so's you know - the meeting is getting underways. Regrad does a lot of speaking, then opens the floor to debate and discussion. In time, the vagueries of a plan and some deals will be struck (the specifics being discussed with various people), but that doesn't mean that the thread is closed to others. A lot of it will be Coalition stuff, Regrad telling NPCs what to do and what is needed of them, discussing with other characters what can be done, so forth, but the size and membership of the crowd meeting hasn't been clearly defined which means that anyone at any time can say that they've been there the whole time and interject with a question.
