IC, I think almost anywhere would do, but Nar Shaddaa, Onderon, Telos, Manaan, Corsin, and Tatooine would be best, since they have major swoop racing circuits.
OOC, the forum would probably either be the Battlegrounds or Astral Astoria. Your choice there.
Yeah; I was thinking more along the lines of Tatooine, since I'm more familiar with it.
I wouldn't go with Nar Shadda - Wes and the SS are there now. Might not want to get mixed up with them.
Unless you really want your character to form a full time Master/Apprentice relationship with another Force adept, this is not true. There is nothing stopping you from having your character discover his own abilities, and start to explore his potential on his own. Then you could later seek out mentors later to cover the finer aspects of being a Jedi...
In fact, I would recommend that approach over a full time Master/Apprentice relationship because it gives you complete control over your training. Many, many, many new Force adept characters on TRF who used the Master/Appentice relationship (it used to be a requirement for all new characters) have failed because the new player is always stuck waiting on a Master juggling a busy RL and IC schedule.
Should you choose to try such an approach, my offer to work with you remains open... I'm bored. :p

That sounds good - It's kind of what I planned on doing. Something's going to happen to Jenje during his swoop race that will definitely let him realize his full force potential. Although, I'm not entirely sure where your character is located, or how she could witness the feat.
Either way, I'm sure we can work something out.
