"The City of Darlaxia is under attack. Multiple bombings and terrorist attacks have caused mass panic, and chaos throughout the city. Darlaxian Officials have confirmed that a total of over thirty four thousand deaths in this massive assault on the Sovereignty of the Confederacy of Independant Systems, and the Trade Federation."

A large picture showing the bodies of several dead Neimoidian women and children scattered across the streets of Darlaxia begins a moment of Silence in the News Network's main broadcast office.

"Targets of these violent, and deadly terrorist attacks include a section of the famous Neimoidian Subways, which run directly under the city. Motives for the attacks on the subway, officials believe, was to bring a large collapse of the City, however reinforced Mandalore Iron held firm through the explosions. The proud and strong Trade Federation Commercial Galactic Headquarters was also attacked after the busy business day ended, killing an uncountable number of innocent businessmen and women. Further attacks on the Tarmak at the Spaceport, which set off further explosions in fuel cells, leaving the facility closed. A hoverspeed bomber was detonated near a hospital in Downtown Darlaxia, and a final terrorist attack has leveled the United Clans Headquarters."

Several more pictures were being shown of the Anarchy, and gruesome pictures of the bodies of people of all races scattered in the rubble.

"Initial investigations have concluded that the attacks were planned, and funded by a large organization. The bodies of three Terrorists were discovered to be wearing IDTech uniforms, and the Freighter that exploded inthe Docking Bay was registered to a leading IDTech corporation. The Trade Federation has not commented, but sources indicate that the Trade Federation has started Military plannign for an assault on IDTech's homeworld after these vicious attacks. I believe it was Mister Raktus himself that indicated that the Trade Federation had no right to threaten the lives of his personnel, or citizens."

The briefing fades out to the Border Closing News Briefing, and then back to Gwatch.

"These acts of mass murder were intended to frighten the Trade Federation, and Neimoidia into chaos and retreat, but they have failed. Trade Federation Warships, in correspondance with Galactic Defense Initiative Military forces, and personnel have been dispatched to the border of Neimoidia."

"Today is a tragic day indeed, for never is it a worse one than when innocent civilians need die for the cuase of their own government. The Trade Federation has made one grevious blunder in its effort to sabotague IDTechs galactic relations, and much as we suspect mount a pre-emptive strike against IDTech holdings without relevent justification.

"Under the terms of The Trade Federations border closing policy, an IDTech Freighter would not have been present on Nomidiea, as well as the fact that IDTech officers would not be walking freely on the very same planet where they were to be arrested and put on trial."

A cross section of each image appeared on the screen, showing the scenes of deprevity cuased by the Trade Federation. Greenlines criss crossed each image as bits and pieces were removed to show a different image all together.

"Our holonet analysis department has taken to breaking apart the images broadcast by The Trade Federation have discovered quite a few interesting quarks. Taking away computer enhancements, blatent overwrites, and other CGI phenomenon we are left with nothing more than just a few pictures of dead nomideans, of which IDT intell has confirmed to be well known IDT supporters among nomidean ranks.

"While we cannot condone such actions against ones own people, we can do no more than alert the galaxy at large of its occurance and hope for the best. We morn this day for those that have lost their lives and pray for safe passage into the next life, our prayers go out to those families left alive.

"For GNN and IDTech, this is Arakis Harkonnen, goodnight"

"People of the trade federation, and galaxy, today we experienced horror. We were attacked on our own soil by those who we thought were our allies. Well these gestures will not go un punished. This day in history will remain in the memories of the people, but we will remember when we spoke out. We will remember when we returned to the terrorists saying: NO, WE WILL NOT GO QUIETLY INTO THE NIGHT, WE WILL NOT BOW DOWN WITHOUT A FIGHT. Today many soldiers will be fighting on foriegn ground, but they will be fighting for you! The people, showing that we may get kicked, but we are far from down. We can rebuild Darlaxia, but we can't rebuild the happy times, the memories we had before today. I cannot share the details with you, I wish I could, but for now, know that your safe. Nothing like this will ever happen again. Thank you."

"Ladies and Gentlemen, Viceroy Nelix Galdra."

Shortly after Minister of State John Milton stepped down from the Podium, bearing the Trade Federation Insignia, the Viceroy of the Federation himself, Nelix Galdra stepped up to the podium with a large stack of papers. Holding it up to his side he started to speak.

"Citizens of Neimoidia. I would like to express my deepest sympathy for those lost in the deadly Attacks made by IDTech. I have in my hand full documentation of the events, as well as vital proof that IDTech is linked to this tragity. Minister John Milton, however is mistaken. The Trade Federation will not be invlved in any military action at the current time. Our hands are full with the riots, and mass hysteria at Neimoidia to be walking around the Galaxy attacking Corporations. Nor do we have the military strength. I do make this promise to the Neimoidian people. The people who did this will be hunted down, and punished for these gruesome attacks. Thank you."
