Coalition and Neutral Vessels - a state of war exists between the Empire and the Coalition and by order His Majesty the Emperor all traffic into and inside Coalition Space is to be interdicted. You will stand down immediately and prepare to be boarded. Crews will surrender themselves and be released at the nearest neutral port of call. Any attempt to resist will not be tolerated. Neutral ships will have any military cargoes confiscated or destroyed and be released.
