Kamon aprroached the podium and stood behind it.
"As you all know, I have denied the claims of being a warmonger. None of those claims were true as I did not attack the forces that came to my planet. The investigation has been completed and has shown that we did not fire on the destroyed forces."
He blinked.
"I also counter this by now speaking to the entire galaxy about that fact that what was once the Tholatin Republic, now called the Tholatin Protectorate, has destroyed her fleets and all military assets. The worlds belonging to the Republic are still under our control, but only partially. They have a mind of their own now.
"Every ships in our fleet has been destroyed or handed over to the Outer-Rim Sovereignty. Our largest ships, as well as our hit and run ships have been given to them along with all of our Research and Development projects. Everything has been scrapped that is not normally found in planetary governments that do not partake in fleeting. We still have a functioning ground military."
He glanced around the room.
"The Protectorate is becoming a Jedi government whose goal is to raise and train Jedi. Whether it be Rogue or regular Jedi. All our welcome on our home of Tholatin. Our goal is to become to future homeworld of the Jedi. The guardians of the galactic populace. We welcome all Jedi to our home. That is all I have to say. Good day."
He stepped away from the podium without giving away the other purpose of the Protectorate. Its other duty as a galactic government would remain a secret.
