It has come to the attention of the Rogue Empire that those who have been decided not to be traded with by other sources. With thus the emperor, holding key locations at several points of travel and is now instituing a new order.

The following trade routes shall be taxed heavily and shall be forced into submission where all shipments there shall be challenged, searched, and need be, apprehended:

Hydian Way --Closed to the New Alliance, Tenloss Syndicate, and Vinda Corporation--


There shall be interdictor mines with TIE Squadron patrols at all these points, and soon shall be space stations, and Star Destroyers to defend. There shall be no negotiations of appeal.

It has been decreed by the Rogue Jedi Order and the Naval Forces of the New Republic that all attempts to tax and/or capture and/or punish any ship wishing to trade with the free world of Corellia will be met with swift and harsh retaliation.

It is further requested by the above parties that the Rogue Empire remove all forces not involved in benign and/or defensive activities from New Republic territory. This extends to any imposing of trade terriffs or taxes. As a gesture of friendship to the New Republic, we request such actions be ceased immediately.

Should this not occur within the next twenty four Standard Coruscant Hours, the following trade route taxations will be imposed:

Primary Mon Calamari Trade Route-- 25% Taxation.</font>

All ships will recieve this taxation. All ships accosted by Rogue Imperial forces on the trade routes listed by Rogue Emperor Chadd Fearsons outside of the next twenty-four Standard Coruscant Hours will be offered alternative routes.

The New alliance in response to being cut off from half of the hydian way trade route is increaseing the amount of trade done with the coorperate sector to off set their loses due to this action. The New Alliance is also currently working on alternative hyper space routes for those that wish to avoid the taxation and exemption of the use of the hydian way to half of the known galaxy as proposed by TRE.
