LFX News Network - Ayddar Veila

Today LFX News Network learned of a crisis brewing in the Tholatin system. The former Tholatin Republic, now Tholatin Drive Yards, have once more angered the Emperor Chadwick Fearsons, who has, it seems, dispatched a force of warships to the war-torn planet to destroy, once and for all, Tholatin forces.

In the past, the former Rogue Empire has engaged in bitter war with the Tholatins on at least two occasions, and said Tholatins have had more than enough reason to fear the galaxy.

Naval Engagement Record (Six Months Current)

Battle of Fondor (TTR ships engage TNO over Fondor)

Battle of Tholatin (I) (IDT/GDI ships retaliate at Tholatin)

Seti Ashar, CEO of LFX Industrial, was unavailable for comment regarding the Jutraalian assault on the Tholatin homeworld. However, Supreme Soveriegn Protector Hiram Drayson has this to say:

"The Tholatin Republic and their self-proclaimed Prince have a history of treason. They turned on the New Order at Fondor, and they turned against the Rogue Empire shortly thereafter. And then they turned against IDTech, and against the Galactic Defence Initiative. And they have carried that grudge over to LFX Industrial.

"While I cannot condone the use of war by the Jutraalian Empire, I do not, neither personally nor as the Soveriegn Protector of Industrial worlds, stand in the way of the Emperor's decisions.

"The Tholatins construct weapons of war and put them in the hands of terrorists and others who would use them to do ill. I encourage Grand Admiral Blackblade to end the threat of the Tholatin Drive Yards and make them end their ways of destructive manufacture.

"I only beg that the Admiral and the Emperor make every allowance and every move to preserve life as they crush the Tholatins under their heel, and leave the Prince with a lesson learned.

"LFX Industrial will open its borders to refugee vessels and civilian craft, but the Tholatin Drive Yards should know this: no Tholatin military craft will be permitted within Industrtial space unless surrendered without question to our border forces."

We will continue to cover the Tholatin/Jutraalian conflict as the situation unfolds. Until then, I'm Ayddar Veila.

The Jutraalian Empire would like to express its thanks to LFX Industries in this time of need. With the Tholatin Drive Yards attempting to hand over weapons capable of destroying entire planets - weapons that should not be built much less used without the greatest responsibility - to Sith Lords and terrorists, the Jutraalian Empire has had no choice but to prevent such an action.

Grand Admiral Blackblade has been ordered to refrain from firing on any innocent civilians or other persons that should not be caught up in this conflict. Emperor Fearsons would like to assure the galaxy that the only target in the empire's attacks here involve destroying weapons capable of being supplied to terrorist factions who would no doubt use them irresponsibley.

Refugee ships and transportation shall be supplied, and even as we speak Muurian Transports and converted starcruisers from the Mon Cal-Jutraalian War are moving in to ferry off those who do not wish to be caught in the cross fire.

Emperor Fearsons urges the Tholatin Drive Yards to surrender without a fight, but will not hold back against its miniature military. Such a heinous act cannot and will not be tolerated.
