GNN- In the latest financial news, reports from Stellar Enterprises indicate to us that they have reached an agreement with BioTech Industries to develop and fund a join venture corporation that would be called SynthMat Corporation. This will be Stellar Enterprises first attempt at working with other large corpations from around the galaxy as well as BioTech's first venture with an outside company since its break away from its former parent companies Neuro-Saav and Tagge Company.

Sources indicate that since the break BioTech Industries has had a problem generating the income it once did. With this new venture BioTech hopes to expand itself into other areas that could generate more revenue. Stellar Enterprises, on the other hand, with record breaking profits already being report, is said to want to expand into new industries that could help its operations. With its own push into cybernetics and medical technologies, such as with its newly developed Healer Solution, Stellar Enterprises will have the use of BioTech's experties to enhance their produces and generate more income. BioTech on the other hand could have the use of Stellar Enterprises developed technologies in some of their products to improve them and stay ahead of the competition. Experts believe they will utilize new markets in which Stellar Enterprises has expanded.

Not much detail has yet been reveiled on this new joint venture. Both Stellar Enterprises as well as BioTech Industries are keeping quiet about the business that SynthMat Corporation will previde. Sources, however, speculate that the new company will be responsible for producing or developing new methods for the production of synthetic materials of unknown specifications. Indications point to multiple markets in which these materials might be used to maximize the profit generation.

----------------------------------------------------

-In other Stellar Enterprises news, it appears the mega-corporation has expanded not only with BioTech Industries, but also in the military front with the purchase of Atgar Spacedefense and Oriolanis Defense Systems. For an as of yet undisclosed amount, both minor players in the weapons market were purchased and integrated into Stellar Enterprises some weeks ago. It is only now that this transaction is becoming offical.

Both these companies have been suffering yearly losses due to expanded sales from other major arms manufactures. Stellar Enterprises is said to try and change these losses by bringing both companies into united control with Stellar Enterprises being the parent companies. Restructuring programs will be put into effect quickly, reports say, to minimize losses and upgrade all systems to compete in larger markets.

With this new acquisition under Stellar Enterprises belt, the company could generate much higher profits since it would not need to purchase these systems from the market at higher prices. Stellar Enterprises is already a major player in the planetary defense market and this fact alone will greatly increase the business done by Atgar. Atgar has been only a very minor player in the business of producing planetary defense systems, however, with Stellar Enterprises growth in that sector it could greatly expanse Atgar's market share. The company's main source of income, starship weaponary, will also be used on Stellar Enterprises built ships and will increase profits as those ships are selling out before they can be contructed.

Oriolanis Defense System, primarily a shield producer was aquired to provide shield system for ships sold by Stellar Enterprises. They will be recieving an influx of new funding to develope newer and better shield systems for both ships and also planetary defenses. Financial analysts predict that these companies will benifit greatly from the purchase will in turn generate large profits for Stellar Enterprises as they begin to take more and more market shares away from larger companies now that Stellar Enterprises is becoming more known around the galaxy.

We will be keeping tabs on these development.

- Not had enough of Stellar Enterprises in the news? Reports coming from Plescinia Entertainments suggest that the company had entered into talks with STellar Enterprises. SE will not comment on these reports, but has not denied the existance of these talks. Plescinia is a known producer of advanced hologram projectors and has expanded throughout the galaxy. If these talks prove true, this would be the first Stellar Enterprises attempt to get into the Entertainment industry and into state of the art hologram systems. We'll be following this story closely.
