Statement to the Galactic Defense Initiative

I am impressed, Mr Fearsons, by your sticking to this one attempt to excuse more wholesale slaughter. And while the Initiative has made only one request, that you present proof of these crimes and this criminal's presence on Eriadu, you have failed to do so.

Do you blame them, then, for denying to hand over a criminal to you when you haven't so much as given them his name? Or a description? This is not but a poorly veiled excuse to wage war.

OOC Note: Kas Katta, if you can find me a 13 year old who has not used the word @#%$, much less heard it, then a change shall be made. But this is the modern world.

I just wish all of you would stop turning the IC news and propaganda forum into out of character bullshit fights by making crude comments about the way people word there speaches.

And the idea of Galactic Authors crawling out of the woodwork, and slandering, and mangling everything someone says, because they 1) Don't like them OOC, or 2) Take pleasure in tarnishing other people's work, which they spend there free time on, is just stupid.

What kind of Author, Honestly, can simply walse up to a Holonet, and start speaking to the Galaxy...

"Ooh yeah, well he did this on this date, and his faction did this ten thousand years ago."

It's all bullshit. Drop the @#%$ bullshit.

The Jutraalian Empire indicates that should a Galactic Defense Initiative diplomat be willing to meet with Jutraalian forces at Sluis Van to discuss the descriptions and proof provided, then the time warrant shall be lifted.

This is due to the fear that the killer shall be alerted to thus and will change image, facial appearance, or even skip planet, etc. etc.

Does the Galactic Defense Initiative agree?

A represnetive will be dispatched to Sluis Van shortly.

Official Statement Office of the Inquisitoriate

Due to the demanding nature of the Supreme Inquisitor's schedule, that being the fortification of the capital system as well as the Internal Legal Administration of the Jutraalian Empire, has had no time to consult with his Sovereign Lord, the Emperor Fearsons.

It is with that said, it must also be pointed out that the Grand Admiral and Grand Inquisitor has had no knowledge of recent GDI-related events. With regards to said terror-harboring acts committed by the aforementuioned party, it was the the Grand Inquisitor who placed the legal claim and extradition right before the Galactic Defense Initiative.

The extradition of criminals, most specifically, those that have committed acts or attempted to committ, heinous acts against the People or Government of the Jutraalian Empire, falls directly into the Portfolio of the Inquisitoriate and its commander, the Viscount del Forza.

Matters thereafter the initial contact and demand were handled personnaly by the Imperial Ambassador at Large and the Inquisitoriate General Staff.

The Supreme Inquisitor does, upon learning of the differences posed before the galactic community vis-a-vis the Galactic Defense Initiative and their Commander, Dxun Isstal, fully support his Emperor and the government for which he has sworn to uphold and protect.

As an addendum to the current Inquisitoriate Press Release, a General Dictate has been issued by the Inquisitoriate General Staff and signed into Law by the Supreme Inquisitor, the Grand Admiral Ierin Viscount del Forza. It states:

Any statement made that directly detracts from the public standing of the Jutraalian Empire and has no merit towards it, as judged either by the Jutraalian Empire, its Emperor, or any allies to the Jutraalian Sovereign and his Government, shall be met with the utmost force.

Statements of such a nature shall be deemed slanderous and placed before a Jutraalian Independent Court. If the charge of slander has been found meritable, then a warrant shall be sworn out for the arrest of said issuer of slanderous material.

Upon the preoccupation of Jutraalian Authorities from matters of External Criminal Apprehension, additional sources shall be sought and exploited to complete the goal of bringing the said party to Justice.

Section II

Libelous materials are included in the above section and shall be dealt with in like manner.

As the trial case for this mandate, the Author Known as VirginDestiny has been found guilty of the above listed crimes, unanimously, on all counts. As such,a ten thousand credit payment has been generally placed to the gentlemen, lady, or Being which presents the said criminal before the Primary Criminal Court on Unoccupied Averam.

Any references in this document to the term Imperial apply only to the Government of his Sovereign Majesty of the Jutraalian Empire.

Signed:

Grand Admiral Ierin Viscount del Forza, Jutraalian Supreme Inquisitor

As the Galactic Defense Initiative has not met the demands of the Jutraalian Empire, they give them two days to have their ambassador meet at Sluis Van (aka start a thread) before the Jutraalian Navy takes measures into their own hands.

VirginDestiny let it be known that no one buys your ignorant lies, I request that you quit clogging our intersystemal channels with your pointless bickering because the faction you openly love is crumbling. Perhaps if they had not been the terrorists you claim us to be, they would have still survived today.

Mr. Fearsons, I do not love the Galactic Defence Initiative. To do so would be akin to loving a fool. But, your highness, I do consider them to be far closer to the state of a true government than you and your so-called Empire could dream of being.

Perhaps if you would take a moment to remove your head from your ass, you would see this.

Perhaps you could inform me of the merits of a government who shields his ships behind civilians.
