The image of Emperor Fearsons fades in with a stern look upon his face. The camera catches glimpse of the scar on his neck where the dart had begun to sear his flesh.
He seems to be waiting for a cue from off screen, but when it occurs, he wastes no time in speaking.
"Citizens of the galactic public, and members of a federal military," he began carefully, as if measuring each word, "I am, as you all know, Emperor Fearsons of the Jutraalian Empire. While some of you undoubtable despise me and others of you are fanatically supportive for me, I come before you today to speak of atrocities unheard of.
"While I vowed that the political part of my war with the Defense Initiative was at an end - and indeed it is - I am bringing forth an issue that was not solved while I lay dying in my bed. While the Jutraalian Empire nearly crumbled away in my absence I have returned, and it is at full strength, perhaps having never been better.
"However one thing still troubles me, and that is that while the Galactic Defense Initiative claims to want peace and justice, they openly spit in my face and hide attempted murderers all the while attempting to lie and disregard facts.
"Dxun Isstal, I pray to the Force you are watching this, because your days as ruler of anything are numbered. By the time the Jutraalian Empire is through with you you shall be Supreme Commander of Refreshers aboard one of my Corellian Gunships.
"My patience for you is at an end. You are hiding a known terrorist at Eriadu, a man who attemtped to take my life, and if he is not turned over I shall unleash such a fleet action as the galaxy has never seen against the planet. The Battle of Dantooine shall look like nothing more than a bed time tale by the time our fleets clash.
"This is a general warning to the populace. If you oppose Jutraalian rule or you do not want to get caught in the cross fire, beg your 'master' to hand over the attempted murderer. If he does not, I shall provide transportation for you to get you to a neutral refugee zone.
"As for now," his glowing red eyes narrowed dangerously, "you have five days to comply Dxun Isstal, five days to turn over this man or I guarantee you you shall live only to regret such a mistake."
