Several Notes to Cover

Headlines

Broadcast in from Despayre, there are several points Emperor Fearsons wishes to cover immediately due to arrising circumstances.

Article One-War With Isstal

Once again the terrorist Supreme Commander Isstal has forced the Jutraalian Empire into warfare. After locating several of his warships edging into Jutraalian borders in the Sluis Van system and the attempted interferance of the Jutraalian war against the Damorian Corporation and finally conclusive evidence that the Galactic Defense Initiative has supported the Damorians in their raid against the empire, as well as countless threats toward the emperor himself, adding up to the hiding of a known felon in their borders, the Jutraalian Empire has declared war on the Initiative once again.

Emperor Fearsons would like the galaxy to realize that while there was a peace treaty signed, the Initiative abolished this by violating a no fly zone and aiding known felons and terrorists against the Jutraalian Empire. These acts have been stated as unforgiveable, and Emperor Fearsons demands compensation for such.

Article Two-Military Installations on Neimodia

After intense negotiations with the Trade Federation, the Jutraalian Empire is proud to announce the building of several military bases on the planet of Neimodia. Already six have begun their construction and several more are being shipped en route.

A small fleet as well as thousands of troops are being ferried to the planet in order to stage military assaults against enemy forces with quick access as well as to defend the planet against hostile assaults from the Galactic Defense Initiative in instances of hateful reprisal, which is not unknown amongst Supreme Commander Isstal.

The first space station arrived this morning, dubbed Space Station Forever Free.

Article Three-Expulsion of Heir Raktus

Due to constant harassment of soldiers, violation of chivalry and valor, and threats to the emperor himself, Heir Raktus has been deemed a felon and is now moving to be arrested by the Jutraalian Empire.

Should he choose, he may be considered an exhile to the far reaches of civilized space near the Ssi-Ruuvi Star Cluster, far beyond the borders of the Jutraalian Empire.

All ranks and priveladges have been stripped of him immediately, all delegation toward him has ceased, and all officers and members of the Jutraalian Empire are to maintane no contact with him without prior permission.

Article Four-Hostage Seizure By GDI

Recently it has come to the Jutraalian Empire's attention that the Galactic Defense Initiative is taking hostage any and all civilians on their planets, forcing them onto cargo ships at gunpoint, threatening death for those who do not follow the Initiative.

Emperor Fearsons wants the galaxy to know that these acts will not be tolerated, and any starships carrying civilians attempting to flee GDI systems will be disabled, liberated, and sent to neutral space so they might decide willingly their own fate.

So once again Emperor Fearsons proves that peace is indeed not what he desires from the galaxy. Open warefar with the Galactic Defence Initiative has, it seems, risen again. The third time the factions have warred, and the second time that Emperor Fearsons and the Jutraalian Empire violated a peace treaty.

It seems to me that what Emperor Fearsons wants is to see the Galactic Defence Initiative destroyed, but never at the cost of his own precious navy. After all, wasn't it his agents that brought about a New Republic attack on the GDI? And isn't it the New Order that now leads the offensive against GDI forces?

What place does Emperor Fearsons have in all this? Is he simply so petty, so undeniably pathetic, that he must corrupt and bribe his enemies into destorying his other enemies. The New Order and the New Republic are being played for fools, but they don't seem to mind all that much.

After all, Jerec Tantor and Daemon Hyfe seem to value power much more than peace, these days. But what of this Damorian incident? The GDI ship that ordered all vessels to stand down in the name of peace? The same peace that Emperor Fearsons claims he desires so much?

Is this request to end the violence and the bloodshed an act of war upon the Jutraalian Empire? And the no-fly zone around Sluis Van? A fact that, it seems, no one in the galaxy save Fearsons himself was aware of? Acts of war that Mr. Fearsons makes up as he goes along in the name of war?

All to avenge himself over an enemy that he is to cowardly to fight in open war, but must resort to lies, deciet, and bribery to destroy? A more pathetic man than his emminence, I have not seen.

Long live the Empire.
