On behalf of the people of Mors, I, Chancellor Alius Arma, the elected leader of Terreyos, would like to extend my warmest greetings to the governments of the galaxy in the wake of the recent Terreyosian Revolution. Given the end of the civil war which has cut off our planet of Mors from the rest of the galaxy for several hundred years, the Terreyosian People's Republic is eager to welcome the trade denied us by this destructive conflict.

The establishment of the Terreyosian People's Republic under Alius Arma and Secretary of State Kilras Seven marks a new age of freedom on Mors and the surrounding territories. With this victory for freedom and justice, the TPR will seek to reclaim it's outposts throughout the Mors area (residing near Imperial space) and establish outlying colonies to further trade, thus ushering in further prosperity.

The overthrowing of the Verrakeye Provincial government which waged war on the peaceful land of Terreyos for time immemorial, as well as the evil human masters who ruled over their Genetically Engineered slaves, marks a new beginning in the history of Mors, and my people.

I hope to share this new beginning with all of the people of the galaxy. Diplomatic discussions will be sought with several prominent entities whose friendship has been deemed necessary for the prosperity of the Terreyosian People's Republic.
