In an effort to crack down on illegal smuggling and pracy operations, it is my executive decision to commision several vessels and units of the Outer-Rim Sovereignty military to catalogue and hunt down suspected criminals, operating in Sovereign space. It is also a decision of mine to commision several bounty hunters to find the more elusive criminals.

The Outer-Rim Soverignty will not tolerate illicit criminal activities within it's borders.

A bounty of 2 Corellian Gunships or one million credits is hereby placed upon 'Katie Toran', formerly of the Tholatin Royal House. Toran has been under suspicion for some time, on charges of piracy and smuggling and is considered dangerous to merchant traffic operations, as well as other civilian organizations.

Wanted dead or alive - preferred dead.

A transmission reaches every independant and affiliated bounty hunter in the galaxy, at least all those of any importance.

Wanted - Dead or alive.

Admiral Griff of the Outer Rim Sovereignty for crimes against the Imperial Order.

Payment - One million credits for a living body, two million credits for a verifiable corpse.

Bonus - In the case of death 1,000 credit bonus for every piece the body is in.

I would like to express my curiosity regarding the fact that the Galactic Coalition, the direct descendant of the New Republic -- an organization that has always held itself in such high moral regard -- would engage in the same tactics as the supposedly "barbaric", "savage" Empire: posting bounties on the heads of enemy commanders.

I would also like to express my disappointment that my bounty is only 10,000,000 credits.

To this Carnor Jax fellow: I do not know who you are, and frankly, I do not care. But I wonder now why you made such a response to the bounty on Miss Toran?"

"My dear 'Admiral Griff'. I did not place this bounty upon your head in response to your meaningless gesture towards a criminal. This bounty was placed because of your known terroristic actions and threats against the New Order and it's citizens.

Once more, however, your mouth preceeds your mind.

You day will come and, when it does, it will be my doing. Of that you can be sure."

The image shimmers and vanishes once more.
