OOC: I just posted this at ORH in the hopes of clearing up confusion about our groups goals and interests. Here it is:
It has become apparent to me that this needs to be posted. ORH is a strong supporter of the Rogue Jedi Order. I am a Rogue Jedi because I have conflicting views with the Jedi Council. Gash Jiren and RJO's ideals appeal to me. Under RJO, The Rogue Jedi are allowed to fight the evil that is the DarkSide, whilst having their own personality. The Rogue aren't forced into being pacifists. I, for one, strongly believe that my actions as a Rogue would get me demoted by the Jedi Council, were I a "standard" Jedi. This is ORH's Constititution:
General Views
ORH accepts Rogue Jedi, "standard" Jedi, and anyone looking to seek refugee from the decadent imperial governments. Our ultimate goal is to eliminate the DarkSide, the evil of the galaxy. ORH is a democracy. Nothing will be done without the approval of the Council of Dellalt, which holds the people's views in very high regard.
Rules of War
ORH will not declare war on another faction without a vote by ORH's council.
Rules of Engagement
ORH pilots will NOT engage a vessel that is not a threat to ORH or one of it's vessels. Pilots will report to fleet command regarding hostile vessels and/or possible threats, but will not engage a vessel without fleet command's expressed permission. Despite the goals of ORH, innocents or civilians will NOT be harmed in battle. Only those who are hostile will be dealt with. Those wishing to surrender or defect, will be given such an opportunity. All hostile parties will be given an opportunity to withdraw an attack before their vessel is destroyed/captured.
Alliances
The Order Of The Rebel Hand will assist any faction that is being attacked for unjust reasons, but ONLY when a faction requests our assistance.
Traitors
ORH defines traitors as anyone who states themself as an ally to ORH and then turns their back to our Order. Traitors will be reported to The Council on Naboo(TRF) and ORH will charge the guilty with the crime of high treason. Punishment of the guilty will be determined by the Council on Naboo, however, traitors will NOT be welcome at ORH.
Definition of Treason
ORH defines treason as anyone who is a traitor, anyone who leaks information, be it false or true, that could be hurtful to the general welfare of our people. Those who commit treason will be reported to Naboo's Council(TRF) and tried to the full extent of the law.
Troublemakers
ORH welcomes all who seek it's refuge from the decadent and corrupt imperial governments. Those who seek Dellalt out, are welcome to stay here as long as they wish. However, if the refugee seeks to cause trouble, they will be asked to leave. Those asked to, will be given 1 week to leave Dellalt's system. Those refusing to leave will be considered hostile and brought in to be tried before the Council on Naboo for disturbing the peace.
Closure
We wish only for peace among the stars. Those who share our views, are welcome on Dellalt. Those who do not share our views are welcome as well, as long as they don't threaten the well being of our people.
