<!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Fleet Admiral Dakkon Blackblade stands aboard the flagship of an unknown ship in the Rogue Imperial Fleet. He looks distressed, but seems to be coping quite well. His dress and bearing, although academy perfect, shows signs of fatigue and wear as a cost of the war. He clears his throat slightly before stepping onto a makeshift podium to announce the future of the Rogue Empire.<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->

"It is with much sadness that i annouce that the great Emperor Chadd Fearsons is missing, believed dead. The circumstances regarding his disappearance are unknown, but the Forcelink binding myself and my Master has been severed. And such a severing can only occur through death, or something close to that.

Initially reports, although sketchy, indicate the benevolent Emperor was struck down by his adopted daughter Arai Heishi at the Royal Palace in Despayre.

As the longest serving member of the Rogue Imperial Fleet still on active duty, i am for the timebeing declaring martial law in all Rogue Imperial planets, and as such am heading up the effort to restore order in Rogue Imperial space.

But most importantly, as the interim leader of the Rogue Empire, i wish for a cessation of hostilites between any and all factions Emperor Fearsons has been at war with. With new leadership comes change, and as i understand that the New Order may wish to continue hostilities, concessions will be granted to ensure that they do infact cease hostile activity to all Rogue Imperial planets.

The Rogue Empire faces a grave challenge if it wishes to survive under an independant banner. But i will do all in my power to protect the most important asset the Rogue Empire has.

Its people.

Thus i will do all in my power to bring this conflict to a conclusion, no matter the cost in prestige or in any other arrogent trapings of any empire, so that no more men and women, of all races, alliegences, creeds and desires, suffer anymore of the hardships of war.

Thank you."

<!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> As he finished, it seemed as if a weight had been lifted off his shoulders. Already the war had taken its toll on his usuall svelt and lean stature. Stepping of the makeshift podium, the interim leader of The Rogue Empire smiled, perhaps in the thought that this conflict may end. And soon...<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->

<!--EZCODE UNDERLINE START-->The Fountain Palace, home of the Hapan Royal Family.
The Planet Hapes.
<!--EZCODE UNDERLINE END-->

<!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> The seal of the Hapan Royal Family appears onscreen, superimpossed on a vision of the Hapan courtroom in the Fountain Palace. As the Banner fades from view, all that is left is the visiage of the Crown Prince of Hapes and Consort to the Queen Mother Dakkon Darksword, standing proudly behind a large wooden podium. Drapped over the podium is the Royal seal of Hapes on a rich tabestry.<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->

"Good evening sentients of the galaxy, men and women of the Cluster. I come to you today urging peace between brothers. In the wake of the death of Emperor Fearsons, the instigator of this galactic turmoil, hope springs that peace can once again be restored.

Many men have died fighting this conflict, on land and in space. And <!--EZCODE BOLD START--> ALL<!--EZCODE BOLD END--> for little purpose. Naturally The New Imperial Order was justified in its retaliatory strikes after the wayward TRE colony of Tholatin launched an assault on TNO, but now that the opportunity presents itself for peace, i urge all involved to take it. But knowing the desire for vengeance myself, i strongly expect TRE and its new leader to make some territorial adjustments so that the New Order and its allies recieve due recompanse for damages caused.

And, provided those conditions are met, i urge all the galaxy to join with me in demanding a swift end to the conflict at hand."

<!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Cheers erupt from the assembled masses as the Crown Prince concludes his speech. And the repurcussions of that speach are obvious. They, a TNO ally, have requested the end to hostilities, and although it is obvious that if his demands are not met, TRE will be crushed, it atleast provides hope for the billions in the galaxy that once again, a major war can be curbed before it escalates too far.<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->

A static faded in followed by a dark empty screen. Two large glowing pyramids flowed down from the bottom of the screen. A deep, manly voice spoke the words as they came.

Suddenly a large glow with the sound of a metal clank occured as a large granite blue orb crushed the Pyramids between it

I

The spining orb with two gold pricks hanging out of it just spun there for a moment before a small snake came curling down from the top of the screen

D

The snake flowed down, curling around the orb, a seperate flash of light and the snake was bronze and the corporate symbol was formed

Tech

The logo faded to a view Reecee, with a pan out to deep space as the sounds of birds chirping could be heard. The view again changed to that of the IDT headquarters, a few small birds floating by its upper levels. The screen darkend once more, this time showing the companies CEO, Heir Raktus, behind his desk, hands clasped together, face solemn, but with a slight hint of glee

"Todays news has come not as a shock to me, a man such as Emperor Fearsons was bound to have made enemies in his time, and it was then just a matter of time that one of them would reach him, family or not..."

Another camera fade in and out cought him sitting on the edge of his desk, hand folded in his lap

"...Now, I dont speak for all my allies, namely The true Empire, But I do know this. Hostilities will not diminish just for these reasons alone. We have all felt a terrable toll under Emperor Fearsons temporary rule. Compensations must be made for these tolls..."

The last camera fade finally happened, this time Raktus stood before a window, staring out towards the sky

"...IDTech is prepared to discontinue its personal stake in this war. For the future of the galaxy should not be stained with the blood of our children, but instead glorified with tales of peace. So please Admiral Blackblade, for the sake of the children, wont you please help us end this conflict?"

Faiding out into another blackness, the purple insigna of The Divine Order comes into plain view, fading into the Royal Palace of the Divine Order. Standing on a Podium, answering press questions about the stance of the Divine Order, and what it's intentions of this war are, the Queen raises her hand, and silence fills the room. Smiling for a moment, she fixes the crown on her head, obviously not realizing that she is on camera. Pulling a compact out of a small purse at her side, she opens it, and powders her nose before Lord Gue taps her on the sholder.

Setting the compact down quickly, she begins to speak.

"Citizens of Dreena, and the Galaxy alike. This is truely another sad turn of events, but perhaps, the best news we have heard yet. Through Emperor Fearsons corruption, war has plagued our galaxy, and through that corruption, the Peaceful planets of this galaxy have been forced into a decision. A decision on weither or not they would support the Rogue Empire, or The New Imperial Order.

The Divine Order of Dreena has stated numerous times that we do hold sympathy for the New Order, and will continue to do so. The Divine Order has not officially entered this war as of yet, so I make no harsh demands, or claims throughout the Galaxy. It is not in the interest of the Divine Order to become a massive political power of the Galaxy. Our Interest has always been peace, however, a deeper interest has been to support our friends, and allies.

I understand that this conflict has already taken a toll on the citizens of the Galaxy, as well as he economy of several planets. As the Queen of the Divine, I do have a few requests of the Rogue Empire that I would like to see met. One, lift your sanctions of Tibanna gas on our peaceful planet of Dreena, and two, decomission the Death Star, and convert it's scraps to something more useful to the Galaxy.

I am sure that the Interm Leader of the Rogue Empire will understand that I can not consider him a friend, or an ally, even with the recent turn of events. Our support lies with the New Order, as it will continue to. I do not expect you to lift your sanctions without first hearing what the New Order has to say, as I am sure you are aware that if the New Oder refuses to end this hostility, the Divine Order will back them both Politically, and Militaristicly if the need be."

Taking a few more questions after her speech, the logo of the Divine Order once again appears on the screen, before faiding out.

Press Release from the Mon Calamari Republic

"We are sorry to here of the death of the esteemed Emperor Fearsons. While we may have had some disagreements in the past he did have a few admirable qualities. We hope that his murderer is soon found and dealt with. However we rejoice because the death of Emperor Fearsons has opened up a new door for us. A door of peace with the Rogue Empire. We hope that Admiral Blackblade shares our wishes and we hope that the turmoil and unrest will soon end in the Rogue Empire as well as this bloody War."

<!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Suddenly the comm chatter from all groups was cut out as a high priorirty diplomatic communique erupted from Rogue Imperial space. Where holocomms were available, the form of Fleet Admiral Dakkon Blackblade sprung up, fatigue evident on his features. Elsewhere, all they heard was his voice and as such he had to identify himself.<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->

"This is Fleet Admiral Blackblade. As per my request earlier mourning the loss of the Emperor, i request a full cessation of hostilities.

Note that this is <!--EZCODE BOLD START--> not<!--EZCODE BOLD END--> an unconditional surrender. TRE is granting small territorial concessions to ensure the peace is maintained. Also, Jileeak will cease to function as soon as all troops leave. New Republic forces will be allowed to remain on board to ensure we donot attempt to use the station as they are neutral. As for GDI...

GDI can get the hell off my station.

Besbin has long been used to monopolize Tibanna gases, and i believe no such situation should exist again. As such, Besbin, if it is required to be surrendered in territorial concession making, will be ceded to Vinda Corporation, to ensure that none shall monopolise control of the Gas again. VC has long been regarded as the foremost among neutrals, and to ensure all factions in the galaxy recieve an uninterupted flow of Tibanna, they are best suited to having it.

Also, all Hapes Cluster planets are to be returned to the Cluster, as per the wishes of the Royal Family of Hapes.

As Jileeak is the cause of these problems, it will most likely be scrapped. Or, with galaxy wide assistance, the Superlaser can be rendered fully destroyed and Jileeak can then continue to serve as it was intended, as a diplomatic station. Either way we expect no external interference if and when Rogue Imperial High command do decide to do this.

<!--EZCODE BOLD START--> TNO will NOT gain any access whatsoever to the station, due to the fact they intend to take it for themselves, and such a course of action i could not permit myself, as would no other sentient, to take.<!--EZCODE BOLD END-->

If and when concesssions are granted, all Rogue Military hardware is to be taken with Rogue Imperial Forces as they evacuate.

While negotiations take place, i request that all fighters return to their hangars, as shall ours, and move well out of range. As should all ships. There will be a demarciation line between our forces to ensure no further conflict erupts while negotiations are happening."

<!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Without further ado the comminique cut off, having completed its request.<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->

As the image faded, a new image appeared. The Image of the Royal Queen of the Divine Order. Standing, once again in the press conference room of her palace, she began to speak.

"After what I have just heard, The Rogue Empire doesn't seem to be standing down at all, but rather biding there time. I have never trusted the Rogue Empire, and probably never will. In light of what I have just heard, I am declaring full support to The New Order, and there just cause. I will not sit around and listen to the Rogue Empire play favorites throughout the Galaxy with vulgar, and disgusting remarks to Galactic leaders.

It still remains a full, and firm demand that the Death Star be destroyed. The Divine Order will never recognise it as a diplomatic station of any kind. I am severing communication with the Rogue Empire. I will listen to no more of there foolish talk, and there plots to throw the galaxy into confusion by offering peace. It is in my belief that they simply offer this peace to bide the time they need to finish construction of the Death Star, and I strongly urge all factions to take action against this kind of treatment."

The image began to fade out to the purple Divine Order insignia....

The images fades to that of the GDI logo before being replaced by a picture of the Supreme Commander, Dxun Isstal

"Citizens of the galaxy - you have all heard the statement by the Rogue Empire. I love peace, and I strive to achieve it. The Rogue Empire has repeatedly attacked that peace, and as much as it angers me, the only way to put a stopper on this threat is to destroy it at the root.

There is no question that Emperor Fearsons is in hiding, gathering to himself more power with which to attack the galaxy.

As it is, the Galactic Defence Initiative issues this ultimaten:
Surrendur yourselves to the GDI, destroy your Death Star, and place yourselves in our custody, or be destroyed.

We strive for peace, and we will have it.

Korolev out."

<!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Metropolis came on, sitting in his office on Dellalt. He looked up from his writing and stood slowly.<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->

"Friends of the galaxy, and even those who do not consider us friends, am forced into a difficult position. While I know the Rogue Empire has lost a leader, I also know that they may not stop just because their leader is down. While I can't say for sure how the peace is to be used, I have to admit that Queen Malyndar's idea of DeathStar construction time, seems rather possible, indeed. I, and the New Rebel Alliance will continue to stand firm in our beliefs, and therefore, will oppose the Rogue Empire, until I see a true attempt at peace. I agree with the Queen in the same respect that the DeathStar may be called a diplomatic station, but as they say, 'A rose by any other name would smell as sweet.' It's still a flying death mobile, and I'll have nothing to do with it, or it's owners."

<!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> He paused, taking a drink of his water sitting nearby.<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->

"As for The New Order...I fully support them, and thus far, must compliment their efforts. I respect TNO for their courage in defending their beliefs, and their work to destroy TRE's incomplete battlestation. Know, TNO, that you will always have a friend in the New Rebel Alliance, as long as your ideals remain just."

*there is a flicker as the Rogue Imperial spokesman for the Rogue Empire comes to*

We have an update as to Emperor Fearsons's condition. After two days of critical condition, the emperor's heart rate has finally returned to normal. It must be dismissed that the emperor's adoptive daughter, Arai Heishi, is behind this. Admiral Blackblade has jumped to a speedy conclusion in an attempt to reprise his dying emperor, but we must not overlook facts.

The Rogue Imperial War Congress has offered a truce to the Empire. Concessions shall be offered, but the turn over of Rogue Imperial territory is non-negotiable. The war was fought over Jilaeek, which is being turned over. Citizens are not negotiable.

The Galactic Defense Initiative's demands are deemed unreasonable, and shall be dismissed as terrorist threats. Especially since Emperor Fearsons's current condition's evidence points directly to Galactic Defense Initiative assassins, Admiral Drayson specifically. After his visit, the emperor's condition drastically fell, and several Initiatie troops have been found amidst the Rogue Empire's royal palace.

Tibanna Gas trade is to be reopened throughout the galaxy, and this pointless conflict is to be ended. There is no reason left to be fighting. These lies of corruption, deceit, and murder are just that, lies, and until those stating these lies has any basis for their arguements it is requested that they cease.

The Rogue Empire acknowledges its current defeat in the Imperial-Rogue Imperial conflict. It is requested that Imperial and Republic forces meet on neutral ground to discuss a peace treaty.

Emperor Fearsons cannot attend as his condition is still mildly critical. That is all.
