An End to a Conflict... (GDI/TTF)

The Trade Federation Viceroy, accompanied by a small entourage of battle droids slowly stepped up to a large Podium, facing a rather large audience of reporters, journalists, and diplomats on Neimoidia. The room was small, but lavished in fine furnishings, and formal wear.

"Greetings, and welcome from the Trade Federation. As you know, an impending war between the Galactic Defense Initiative, and the Trade Federation has long since broken out in two key locations: the Tava Yagen system, and the Mestra Asteroid Belt. These acts, though spawned from Trade Federation Economic Freezing of Galactic Defense Initiative Assets, has left the Trade Federation slightly overextended.

The Trade Federation, and it's officials would like to offer the Galactic Defense Initiative a truce..."

As the Viceroy began to read the agreement, it flashed on the right hand side of the screen.

The Galactic Defense Initiative will withdrawl all forces from the Tava Yagen, and Mestra Systems.

The Trade Federation Will Return all Durelium Supplies to the Galactic Defense Initiative, and continue shipping of these vital supplies.

A No-Fire Agreement will be offered if these terms are met.

The Galactic Defense Initiative will receive Durelium Reparations for there missed supplies.

(OOC: Isstal, this comes because of Out of Character problems. I've been in the hospital, and I don't know how much time I'm going to be able to dedicate to writing posts, until I get better.)

"The Galactic Defense Initiative has 24 Hours to comply."

(hehe looks like they miss out)

With the Galactic Defense Initiative's failkier to comply with ending this war, I'm afraid it will continue.

The Vicory may try to look like the bigger man by offering a terms of truce, but his withdrawal of that offer because of a lack of reponse for whatever reason only shows us the true nature of the Trade Federation.

Congratulations.

Wow Virgin Destiny has sunk to an even further low!

Now, not only does he hide behind his loyal GDI government, but he also tries to insult from afar people who do exactly what he demands.

You expect anyone to give the Galactic Defense Initiative more than one chance? After all they've done? After the pain and suffering they've caused? The pointless humiliation and death of civilians.

The Galactic Defense Initiative had their chance Virgin Destiny, perhaps you should learn that the galaxy doesn't revolve around it.

If The Galactic Defense Initiative, A Faction that has invaded Two Federation Controlled Systems in the past Week, would like to offer a new peace agreement, the Trade Federation will gladly listen.

Official Statement

If the Trade Federation withdraws immediatly from Tava Yagen and Mestra, Winger Mining Vessels will be allowed to continue mining and the Trade Federation may oversee the export and trade of all ores mined, with the exception of those that are dispatched to the Galactic Defence Initiative.

Also, the Trade Federation will begin immediatly to ship all materials they have siezed to all factions in this galaxy.

These terms are non-negotiable, but the Trade Federation may accept at any time.

(OOC: The proposition is simple; joint control over the areas. Since they hold no production or consturction capabilities, you really have nothing to lose. The GDI presence merely ensures such acts do not happen again.)

"The Trade Federation declines this offer, as it sees no gain for the Trade Federation. Our systems were invaded, and thus we expect not only to gain them back, but reparations as well."
