A small poster it put up on the wall of a hotel, It reads:

"Have you ever thought about the life of crime? Do you not like the way the galaxy is working? Well The Black Nebula is the faction for you. Lorcyn Sibryn is looking for a few. . .Bad men, or women who want to boost spices, steal Bacta, and to live in luxury of crime, join the Black Nebula."

At the bottom it has an adress to where to find the Head quarters.
