I am still not able to go to other pages from the first page in the universe section.

I will fix that over the Thanksgiving weekend. I took a look the other day and for some reason the pagination tags weren't rendering any info, I have to dig a little more into it. As a temporary fix, you can manually change pages by using this URL, and adjusting the number at the end:

http://rebelfaction.org/universe/wiki-import?d=3

Universe sections are now sporting an ugly pagination.
