Darth Bill watched as his fleet came out of hyperspace in the Fallen system. He was onboard the imperial Star Destroyer MK.II, Reckonning. This was the starting of his new Empire. the last one had come to an end when The Rogue Empire had attacked. Darth Bill had made atreaty with them and was ready to start a new Empire, this time not engaging other gouvernements. He moved his fleet closer to Fallen, waiting for some resistance.

Logan stood on the command deck of his <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Eclipse<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->-class Super Star Destroyer <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Archammer<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->.On a joint project with the New Alliance's new ally,the Iron Fist Empire,the New Alliance was going to take their next world,Fallen.Just a few days ago the Alliance had taken control of the planet Sernpidal and Logan wanted to get to know their Iron Fist allies,and one of the best ways to do that was to share a planet with them.

"Sir we are ready to enter hyperspace"
"Go ahead"

The <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Archammer<!--EZCODE ITALIC END--> lurched and faded into the black and white starlines of hyperspace.

"Exiting hyperspace in three....two....one"

The great ship exited hyperspace in a flash and eclipsed the the <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Reckonning<!--EZCODE ITALIC END--> and the <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Accuser<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->.It flanked them and Logan opened a channel to the other ships.

"Iron Fist Imperial ships,this is Regent Logan commanding the Super Star Destroyer <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Archammer<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->.I want to extend my greetings"

"Sir our long range scanners show an imperial star destroyer and a carrack cruiser coming around the planet. They are launching fighters." said Darth Bull's aide.
"Regent Logan we have an imperial star destroyer and carrack cruiser launching fighters as they come around tha planet."
"We also have another carrack cruiser coming from around the other side of the planet."
"How many fighters, what kinds?"
"We can't get a sure lock. Something between an X-wing and a TIE interceptor for thirty of them and we have about ten modified TIE fighters."
"Thank you Captain. What is their ETA?"
"The fighters seem to be keeping with the capital ships. I think in about ten minutes. The capital ships don't seem too be sending in any more fighters."
"Thanks you, relay that to the Arc Hammer."
"Yes sir. Relaying now."
"Launch the fighters."

"Regent Logan we have an Imperial
Star Destroyer and Carrack Cruiser launching fighters as they come around the planet"

Logan's mind worked furiously.After Darth Vader had ordered the extermination of hundreds of thousands of Fallen due to a bio hazzard.The Fallen were reported to have started building up a defense fleet so no incidents like that will ever happen again.

"Scan the whole system"

"Aye sir..............................4 more <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Imperial<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->-class Star Destroyers are also on an attack vector from the system's sun."

"Charge the superlaser and prepare to fire.All weapons pick one of those 4 Star Destroyers and fire once they are in range."

Logan sent a quick comm messege to the <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Reckoning<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->.

"Darth Bill,we are busy over here.You are going to have to destroy the Imperial-class Star Destroyer and the Carrack-class Cruisers yourself.We may be able to provide fighter support if you need it"

He turned off the comm and ordered his Senior Fighter officer to launch all fighters.

"We should be able to deal with it. I don't think we will need fighters support, thaank you anyway."
"Sir the ETA is now ten minutes."
"All guns, prepare to fire, shields up, sensors, watch that other carrack cruiser. Bring us under the imperial star destroyer."
"Guns here, we are ready."
"Shields up."
"I am watching that thing like a hungry hutt watchs a morsel of food."
"Moving the ship now."
"Good job men."
"ETA one minute"
"Tell the fighters to prepare to engage."
"ETA, thirty seconds... twenty... ten, nine eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one, in range-"
"Fire!! Fighters engage."
The top side guns on the Reckonning open fire on the bottom of the imperial star destroyer. Accuser shot it's port guns at the carrack cruiser while it's starboard guns fired on the imperial star destroyer.

Onboard the enemy imperial star destroyer...
"Captain theyy are firing more guns on us then we can bring on them. Also since they are underneath us they can cheat and have all their shield power consentrated on the top side shields."
"Good points. Order the second carrack cruiser and the dreadnaught to come and pound that imperial star destroyer."
"Yes sir. What about our other ships sir?"
"They can deal with themselves. Tell them that we will be joining them as soon as we deal with these ships."
"Yes sir. I was also meaning Taskforce Alpha on it's scouting mission and Taskforce Beta on the other scouting mission."
"Call them back."
"And taskforce bantha?"
"tell them to continue on their mission."
"Yes sir."

The second carrack cruiser came at the imperial star destroyer at full speed. The Iron Fist Empire's fighters had, by this time taken put the enemy fighters.
"All Iron Fist fighters, use my telementry to fire on that carrack cruiser."
"Which one Lead?"
"What do you mean which one?"
"I mean that the other one is comign in on an attack against the Reckonning."
"Gte the one on the Reckonning. the other one will be dead soon enough I guess."
"Ok sir."
"I have the telementry. Feeding it to you now."
"Received telementry."
"Fire on mark... MARK!"
Seventy six concussion missiles and proton torpedoes flew at the carrack cruiser. They barralled into it and exploded. The aft shields on the carrack cruise went down and some torpedoes and missiles exploded against the hull.
"Lead i have a dreadnaught on my scanners. It is following the carrack cruisers path."
"Inform Reckonning."
"yes sir."
"Darth Bill we have a dreadnaught coming in on a carrackc ruisers path. They seem to be heading for your underside. I think they want you to play fiar with your shields."
"Thank you. We read and are shifting shield power around."
"Just thouth we would warn you."

OOC: Umm... is this Falleen, or Fallen?

IC:

"The Iron Fist Imperial ships have engaged the enemy sir"

"I think it is time we do the same.Superlaser,lock onto one of the <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Imperial<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->-class ships and fire"

A moment passed then the superlaser gunners reported tghat they had a target lock.

"Fire"

The bright green superlaser lanced out of the tp of the huge vessel,striking and destroying one of the attacking Star Destroyers.Another went dead,due to Ion Cannon fire from the <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Archammer<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->.

"Sir most of the enemy fighters have been destroyed.But at great cost.We lost a full 6 squadrons before the enemy was eradicated."

Logan winced.

"Recall all of our fighters and charge the superlaser.All turbolasers,continue fire on the enemy Star Destroyers"

He got up from his command chair and went to look out the forward bridge window.

He clasped his hands behind his back and continued watching the battle.

Pilot Officer Deak was scared.It was his first time flying in an actual battle and he was afraid.He and his best friend,Will Maddison,or "Trip" as he was called,lived on Obroa-skai.They had joined the New Alliance Starfighter Corps right after the Obroan government had accepted New Alliance control.Trip had finished the training courses in the New Alliance Starfighter Academy on Almania before Deak had and Trip had participated in the battle of Mylock VI and had been killed by the Rogue Empire.

Deak squezed his eyes shut,trying to block the flow of tears.He suddenly got a comm call from his squadron leader.Regent Logan had ordered all fighters to return to the <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Archammer<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->.Deak frowned,he told his squadron leader that it was senseless to retreat.The squadron leader told him that orders were orders and everyone was expected to follow them.Deep down Deak knew that the squad leader was right, but he just didn't want to be a coward and retreat from a battle that they could win if they just stayed out there anf fought a little longer.

Instead of heading his X-Wing back to the hangar Deak swung his fighter around and gunned for one of the enemy Star Destroyers.His squadron leader screemed at him to stop what he was doing and go back to the hangar.In response Deak shut his comm system off and pushed the X-Wing to it's top speed.A turbolaser flashed past and Deak had to dive to avoid it.More turbolasers almost hit him but Deak managed to get past them.He aimed for the bridge of the Star Destroyer....his fighter going at top speed.Deak smiled in his cockpit and said aloud,

"This is for you,Trip"

His fighter hit the bridge and everything went black.

Logan watched the small X-Wing barely avoid the turbolasers and get through to ram the bridge of the Star Destroyer.The 1,600 meter ship listed for a moment then exploded.

Logan sighed as he thought of all the young lives that we being ended.

Darth Bill heard the com message.
"Put the shields power at even streangth everywhere. We have a carrack cruiser and a dreadnaught incoming. lower guns, prepare to fire. Top guns, continue to hit the imperial star destroyer. Accuser, hurry up and take out that carrack cruiser."
"Darth Bil we ahve some serious damage reading on the first carrack cruiser. W are saving our missiles and using just the turbolasers. The shields are down and the bow shows serious damage."
"Thank you for the report Accuser. Prepare to move over top of the imperial star destroyer and roll, to bring your top guns on it."
"Yes sir. Another salvo will take out the carrack cruiser."
The Accuser had it's shields still at ninety five percent as irt unleased another storm of turbolaser bolts at the carrack cruiser. The plowed into the bow and three quarters of the bow as blown off. The threat index was zero. The Accuser moved towards the imperial star destroyer. Once over top of it the Accuser rolled to bring it's top side guns on the imperial star destroyer.

Onboard the enemy star destroyer.
"Sir we have lost contact with the carrack cruiser. Three quarters of it's bow blew off and it vented atmosphere into space. The crew had no chance."
"Thank you for the report. What about the dreadnaught and other carrack cruiser?"
"The dreadnaught has suffered no damage. It is following the carrack cruiser and coming in fast. Unfortunatly the Iron Fist fighters after dealing with ours desided to make missile and torpedoe runs. The shields are down on the carrack cruiser and the fighters are lining up for another pass. I expect that we will lose the cruiser."
"What about Taskforce Alpha and Beta?"
"They will be here in about ten minutes sir."
"To late to save the cruiser,and maybe the dreadnaught if the fighters go after it to."
"I am afraid so sir."
"What is our shield strength?"
"Seventy five percent."
"What is the enemies' shield power?"
"The imperial star destroyer, we have identified it as the Reckonning, from the Iron Fist Empire, is at ninety percent. the Accuser has ninty five percent shield power."
"I don't think we will last for long unless the reinforcements come quickly."
"No sir."

The turbolasers were slamming wave after wave into the lone remaining Star Destroyer.It was doing very well and it still had over half it's sheild power left.Logan sheilded his eyes as the <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Carrack<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->-class Cruiser exploded.The remaining Star Destroyer was coming about and started returning the fire that the <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Archammer<!--EZCODE ITALIC END--> was dishing out.It's turbolasers primarily concentrated on the <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Archammer<!--EZCODE ITALIC END-->'s hyperdrive engines.The last thing Logan expected was for the enemy Star Destroyer to succeed in disabling the hyperdrive.A huge explosion rocked the ship.

The enemy Star Destroyer veered around the starboard side of the <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Archammer<!--EZCODE ITALIC END--> and started retreating as fast as it's engines could take it.Logan glared coldly at it and ordered the <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Archammer<!--EZCODE ITALIC END--> to pursue.The Super Star Destroyer's sublight engines powereed up and raced after the rapidly fleeing attacker.Soon the <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Archammer<!--EZCODE ITALIC END--> was upon the enemy Star Destroyer and the <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Archammer<!--EZCODE ITALIC END--> helsmen automaticly started slowing down.

"Continue pursuing,do not slow"

"But sir-"

"You heard me helmsmen"

"Yes sir"

The <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Archammer<!--EZCODE ITALIC END--> did not stop.It was like a giant sea predator,overtaking a small fish.It slammed into the enemy Star Destroyer and continued going,effectively slicing it in half.Soon both halves exploded in a briliant ball of flame.
Lights went out all over the <!--EZCODE ITALIC START--> Archammer<!--EZCODE ITALIC END--> and all-ready busy technicians rerouted power to the correct circuits and conduits.Emergency power and lights flooded the bridge and Logan picked himself off the floor.

"Damage report"

"Damage only to the hyperdrive and we had a hull breach at the front of the ship"

"And the superlaser"?

"It wasn't hit sir.The impact occured near the bottom of the front part of the ship."

"Is it charged"?

"Charged and ready"

"Target the dreadnaught"

The superlaser gunners confirmed a target lock.

"Fire"

The green bolt lanced out once again and struck the Dreadnaught before it could bring it's guns to bear on the Iron Fist ships.


"Contact Darth Bill,ask him if he needs any assistance"

"Yes sir"

The captain went to the comm and asked the IFE ships if they required assitance.
