Admiral Snowkan watched as Ralltiir appeared in front of him, as his lfeet came out of hyperspace. They had recently been battling the Yuuzhan Vong, an alien species from out of the galaxy. He had seen them with living technology, and had desided to maek a living army of animals. He had desided to travel to Ralltiir, to capture some Ralltiir tigers. They would be a wonderful start to his living army. He hoped that the citizens would not mind, the pressence of an Iron Fist Empire force in space adn on the ground on their planet. He had many scientist with him, to start studing the tigers, and trying to train them not to attack unless commanded. He had the best genetic engineers under his command.
"Scanners, what are the reading from the planet?"
"A Gencore MK.II shield generator, a Gencore MK.II shield generator and five planetary ion cannons. We also have an imperial MK.III star destroyer, a victory MK.II star destroyer, and imperial MK.II star destroyer and a victory MK.I star destroyer on the long range scanners coming around the planet."
"I guess we will ahve to try diplomacy first."
"That's the logical conclusion sir."
"Give me a channel to the planet."
"Yes sir."
"To the citizens of Ralltiir, this is Admiral Snowkan, the head of the Iron Fist Empire. I am here with some of my fleet to help you build you economy up some more. you already have a surprisingly good economy, but I have a way to make it even better. I will build shipyards and a construction yard around and on this planet. People will come and use your shipyards and construction yard to repair and make ships. The shipyard owners will make money, the hotel owners will make money, the resturant owners will make money from having the shipyards and construction yard. I will make beachs adn resorts, so then people will coem and stay here on vacation. I will do whatever you want me to do. I would just like to have an Iron Fist Empire representitive in the gouvernement and to be able to take some Ralltiir tigers to some of my other planets."
"Sir the enemy fleet has lanuched fighters and are advancing."
"Prepare all weapons, lanuch the fighters, bring up the shields. Iron Fist, get that imperial MK.III, Serpent's Smile, get that Imperial MK.II, Serpent's Bite, get that victory MK.II and that victory MK.I. Let's move people."
The Menace and two Corruption star destroyers prepared for battle. The Shadow Droids launched and went after the enemy fighters.
"Sir the enemy is within firing range."
"Fire."
65 consuion missiles, 35 proton torpedos and tons of ion cannon, laser cannon and turbolaser fire flew at the Imperial MK.III. 120 concussion missiles and tons of ion cannons and turbolaser fire flew at the imperial MK.II star destroyer. 60 concussion missiles and tons of ion cannon and turbolaser fire flew at the two victory star destroyers. the enemy didnt stand as chance. The Shadow Droids ripped apart the enemy fighters. The Imperial MK.II stra destroyer had it's shields at fifty five percent. The victory stra destroyers ahd their shields at ten percent and the imperial MK.III star destroyer had it's shields down around thirty percent. Another salvo and the imepriual MK.III had minor explosions on it's hull, the victory MK.II had it's bridge blown off, and the victory MK.I had it's fron half of the hull blown off. Serpent's Bite used half of it's werapons on the imeprial MK.II, blowing off it's shields, and making a hoel in it's bow. The Imperial MK.III star destroyer had it's reactor blow up.
"Your space fleet is destroyer. Reconsider your options." said Admiral Snowkan to the citizens of Ralltiir. A reply came over the same channel.
"We are hardly defensless. That was only part of our fleet. Now leave this system."
Another part of the Ralltiir space defense fleet came aroudn the planet, as the planetary ion cannons started to fire on the Iron Fist Empire's ships. The new fleet consisted of two Alligiance star destroyers and an imperial MK.III star destroyer. The Shadow Droids quickly did a torpedo and missile run on the first Alligiance star destroyer. 340 proton torpedos and 340 concussion missiles flew at the first Alligiance star destroyer, taking it's shields down and causing minor explsions on the hul. The Shadow Droids did another run, this time on the second Alligiance star destroyer. Then they did a run on the Imperial MK.III star destroyer, making some medium explsions near it's engines. The Shadow Droids split up. 96 going after the imperial MK.III and 122 Shadow Droids went after each of the Alligiance star destroyers. They blew them up. While this was happening the two corruption star destroyers and thee Meance star destroyer had been bombarding the planetary shields. They had consentrated where the Gencore Mk.I protected the planet, so that then they could get through faster.

On the planet, in the president's office...
"Sir we lost the second portion of the space defense fleet."
"Darn. Send in the rest of the fleet."
"Sir the rest of the fleet only consists of two lancer frigates, a carrack cruiser, two victory star destroyers, four dreadnaughts and an imperial star destroyer. That won't be enought to stop the attack."
"Send it in anyway. How are the shields holding up?"
"The Gencore MK.I is at one percent. The Gencore MK.II is undamaged."
"Make the Gencore MK.II cover all the planet."
"Yes sir."

The remaining part of the defense fleet came around the planet, looking for the Iron Fist Empire ships. But they didn't find them becase they had desided to try and ambush the Ralltiir fleet from behind. This had been useless, as the lfeet had gone around the planet. The Iron Fist Empire ships kept on firing on the shield as they had revoleved around the planet. Finaly they came onto the Ralltiir fleet. They had stopped and the battle began.

Admiral Snowkan watched as another part of his fleet came out of hyperspace. It consisted of Serpent's Coil, another coreruption star destroyer, Accuser and Avenger, both victory MK.I star destroyers. It also consisted of Shadow Droids. It was the force that was going to attack Roon. The fleet had lots of provisions, and would have to be very careful as they went to Roon. It was in the center of what was ominously known as the Cloak of the Sith, a navigator's nightmare. This area in the Outer Rim was full of seething gases and spinning astroids that is sometimes thought as impenetrable. A few have tried to attempt to go through, if they make it, the reward is great and worth the risk. Roon is the only known source of Roonstones. Roon is the only known planet in the whole area. The planet rotates on its axis once a year, so that one side stays bright all year round and one side is always in darkness and cold. The planets natives are mudmen, who if you spray water at, will break apart into smaller mudmen. The really small ones are sometimes bottled and sold as pets to the explorers who have come to the planet. These weren't the main reason Admiral Snowkan wanted the planet taken over. He wanted the planbet so that he could use the monster shamunaar, who frequently killed banthas, would have no trouble killing human troops and hopefully enemy machines.
"Tell Accuser to get those lancer frigates and the carrack cruiser. Tell Serpent's Coil to get the four dreadnaughts and the first victory star destroyer. Tell Avenger to get the pther dreadnaught. Tell the Shadow Droids to get the imperial star destroyer. Serpent's Bite's Shadow Droids can help them. Serpent's Bite, Serpent's Coil and Iron Fist fire on the planetary shield."
"Yes sir. The Gencore MK.II is now covering the whole planet."
"Thank you for the report. Give me a channel to Rear Admiral Whut."
"Yes sir. Channel One sir."
"Thank you."
"Just doing my job."
"Rear Admiral Whut, when are the Rainbow comets going to go through the Cloak of the Sith?"
"In around twenty seven standard hours. sir. We should be able to stay around here helping you for another five standard hours before we have to depart."
"Thank you Rear Admiral. Once your enemy is dispatched, please come and help us take down this shield. Then the conquest of Roon."
"yes sir."
"You will be under the command of Calan Farface."

Down on the planet the president was unaware of the new Iron Fist ships. He was busy calling the captain of a mercenary fleet that he knew of.
"We at Ralltiir were wondering if you and your fleet would be kind enough to come and defend us from the attackers for a substantial price?"
"Well, how many ships are attacking, and what kinds?"
"One Menace star destroyer, two Corruption stra destroyers and their complements of fighters on Shadow Droids."
Back at the mercenary's base a gasp came up from the mercenaries. This fleet must be either a fleet from Tnw New Alliance, or a fleet from the Iron Fist Empire, who they didn't want to tango with."
"Did they say who sent the fleet?"
"Why yes i think they did."
"Who was it?"
"Some Admiral Snowkan, the head of the Iron Fist Empire."
The listening mercenaries were silent. They had hoped the plans of the star destroyers had fallen into another mercenary' group's hands. At least it was the Iron Fist Emprie some of them thought. They were weaker and couldn't bring in as many reinforcements.
"Well take the job. I expect to bring an Alligiance star destroyer, two imperial MK.IIIs and a victory star destroyers. I probably will bring in some cruisers as well for support. And some fighters."
"I hope to see you here soon."
The mercenary fleet went into hyperspace, on way to Ralltiir. By the time they came out of hyperspace the Iron Fist forces there had finished off the last of the Ralltiir defense force and almost had taken down the Gencore Mark Two Shield Generator. They ships quickly turnd around as the enemy ships advanced. A big battle was going to happen. The mercenary leader had brought in five dreadnaughts and three escort carriers as help.

The battle was faring well for the Iron Fist Empire ships. The Shadow Droids were easily killing the assortement of fighters the mercenary had brought. Most of them had been Uglies and DIE-wings on top of it all. They weren’t at all the sleek fats fighting machines that the defense force of Falleen had had. He would have to hurry and finish this takeover, so that he could start on the Rodia takeover with Regent Logan. A grand battle that one was going to be, not like this horribly easy battle. Iron Fist had gone after the Alligiance star destroyer. Serpent’s Bite and Serpent’s Coil had gone after the imperial star destroyers MK.III. The two victory star destroyers were blowing up the dreadnaughts. Suddenly the fighters were out of opponents. They had managed to blow up all the Uglies. They quickly flew into groups. 24 Shadow Droids went after each of the dreadnaughts. 196 went after the Alligiance star destroyer and 96 went after each of the imperial MK.III star destroyers. The dreadnaughts’ shields fell and the volley of proton torpedos that followed the volley of concussion missiles, slammed into the hull, making them explode. One dreadnaught had already been blown up by the victory star destroyers. Serpent’s Smile had managed to take down the victory star destroyer and now it went to go help the victory star destroyers with the escort carriers. The mercenary fleet captain was very surprised. He hadn’t expected such a large force to fight against. He was just about to call in to the rest of the mercenary fleet when Iron Fist blew up the communications dome on the Alligiance star destroyer. He was just about to use his com link to call the imperial MK.III star destroyers when the torpedoes and concussion missiles slammed into the imperial MK.III star destroyers. The bridges flew off them both, taking them out. The escort carriers were already blown up and then the Alligiance star destroyer followed. The mercenary fleet was blown up. Admiral Snowkan quickly had the ships firing on the shield. The second portion of the fleet would have to start the takeover of Roon soon. He hoped the shields would fail soon. Suddenly a hole appeared in the shield.
“Concentrate fire near that hole, but don’t shot through it.”
The firing continued aimed near the hole. The hole grew bigger and bigger. Soon it was big enough for the hole fleet to move through the shield.
“Keep the firing up.”
The fire continued.
“To the president, surrender. We will be forced to either bombard the planet or we will land troops to do a ground envasion.”
“If you bombard the planet you will get the citizens mad at you. We will revolt. If you land troops, well, that is another matter all together. You would have to write lots of letters to explain why the troops lost their lives. I have a warning for you from the citizens who have seen somebody try and take this planet away from me.” With this the president sent a hologram and signed off. Admiral Snowkan looked at the hologram. It should tons and tons of poor families.
“Please Admiral Snowkan, takeover this planet. The president and the rich bankers control everything. Please takeover this planet. But you must be careful. The president has lots of FIDO defense systems hidden around his gouverment buildings and spread out through the city. If you enter the city through the north enterance, near the mountains, you can walk through the poor section of town. Then you will have to deal with only one FIDO defense robot, instead of around five. Please use our information.”
The hologram ended and Admiral Snowkan was left wondering why the president had allowed Admiral Snowkan to receive the message from the citizens. He must be planning a trap for the troops on that route. Well he would be surprised. Admiral F. Snowkan was no fool. He would send in Shadow Droids in advance to strafe any troops visible, then the he would send in the troops. He might even land some of them on the gouvernement buildings. The shield suddenly came down around the planet.
“Order the fighters to head down to the planet. Send the troops down once the fighters signal that they have done their jobs.”
“Yes sir.”
The fighters roared down to the planet, looking for enemy troops to kill. They started in the mountains and progressed downward to the city. Suddenly they were fired on by ground fire. The president had placed laser cannons on the backs of airspeeders and had sent them up to the mountain to ambush the expected fighters. The president wasn’t a fool. He had studied the tactics of Admiral Snowkan and realized that he depended on fighters way to much. He had then set up traps for the expected fighters. Suddenly a missile flew at the Shadow Droids. Some of the airspeeders had mini concussion missile launchers on them. Suddenly a Floating Fortress came up. The Shadow Droids quickly launched four missiles at it. The fortress was nocked back and some pieces fell off it. Surprisingly it still could attack and fly. Another four missiles came in, this time followed by four torpedos. The fortress exploded. Then the Shadow Droids flew in and wiped out the airspeeders. They continued on to the city. When they reached the northern enterance they saw waves after waves of soldiers waiting to kill the Iron Fist troops. The Shadow Droids quickly started to fire on them. Then they saw the big artilery. Four AT-ATs, twenty AT-STs, two hundred troops on speeder bikes, and ten juggernaughts came into view. They quickly started to fire on the fighters, who started to dodge and shoot a volley of torpedos and concussion missiles at the enemy AT-Ats, AT-STs and juggernaughts. The speeder bikers went the intetionnal target, but they got plowed over and incenerated by the shock wave. The AT-Ats, AT-STs and juggernaughts were no more, with onlyone hundred troops on speeder bikes left. There was also fifty no-damaged speeder bikes left that could easily be picked up by Iron Fist troops or citizens. The enemy troops were running into buildings which they noticed the Shadow Droids weren’t hitting. Two thousand five hundred and fifty five out of the original three thousand troops lay dead in the streets. Others were incenerated on spot and would never be buried. The remainning troops hid inside of buildings. The fighters flew the t=rest of the way into the city and finding no more enemies, they radioed up to the capital ships that the troops could come down. By this time the ships had just left for Roon. The ground battle of Ralltiir would start the next morning.

The next morning the troops were all ready for combat. They had a wonder full advantge that the enemy didn't. The Iron Fist troops knew the number of enemy troops they had to fight, while the enemy didn't have a clue their strength. The shuttles had made many fake runs back and fourth from the ships to the planet and back again. The enemy troops would think that the Iron Fist soldiers were twice their strenght. When only half of the supposed strenght came at them, they would be expecting another attack coming from soemwhere else. Three score soldiers would actualy be moving around inside buildings shooting at the enemy soldiers from the sides, moving all the time, making them appear to be more then they actualy were. The battle was going to be a fierce one. A wonderful thought came to Admiral Snowkan. He would finish this takeover, then he would allow MCR to bring some yards here so that they could retreat from Ylesia if they wanted to, like they did with Kubindi and Nal Hutta. He had this battle all planned out, he would win.
"Tell the troops to begin the attack."
"Yes sir."
The troops advanced towards the city.

Joe Snow stood at the front of his ranks. They were marching to a city on Ralltiir, and were prepared to engage the enemy.

Soon they had reached the outskirts of the city. They continued to march for a while, and then Joe halted his troops and prepared for the onslaught of the enemy. It would not be long now...

Ralltiir defense troops.
"General McPac we have seen the enemy troops. They number three score less half of what was expected."
"Well that's in some ways good and in some ways bad. It's good because we don't have to fight off as many enemies here, but it's bad because they will either move in a pincer movement against us, or they will be attacking another spot, where we can't defend from here. I only hope they don't find they big bacta storage area. I've heard that Thyferra has refused to ship bacta to the Iron Fist Empire. That means that if we hurt some and they retreat, they will most likely die. Start marching forward, while looking for places with cover, to snip from."
"Yes sir."
Unkown to them, the enemy troops did not mass as much as they thought they did, so the General's fears about a pincer movement weren't exactly needed. The real amount of Iron Fist troops was half of what the General had originay thought. THe Iron fist Empire only had five thousand troops on planet, most of them except for three score marching start towards the enemy. The three score had managed to slip into the town earlier, and they had been on the two sides of the enemy troops massed in the street. They were the specialized forces in snipping. They were also very good at looking like they wer three times their number at least. Once they saw the enemy troops beggining to move forward, they knew what to do. They stayed in hidding for a while, then they walked over to the speeder bikes that the enemy troops had forgottn about. Only one score were opperational. One score of the troops mounted the bikes and put them just on repulsors, and pulled them along.. The other two score ran up ahead to look for good snipping spots. They found some and then the battle started. Some of the Iron Fist Empire soldiers had found spots with cover, others ran into buldings and snipped from windows. The rest hid behind buildings and fired on the enemy troops. General McPac was in grave trouble. His troops were being cut down from in front, with out any casualties on the otehr side. The the specialized forces hit. They cut the enemy's flank, while the commander radioed the speeder bikers to hurry up and get over to the battle. The enemy speeder bikers had mostly been on the sides and back. They hadn't had a chance to get out into the city to find the enemy troops. They were, for the most part, cut down by the Iron Fist snippers. Then the speeder bikers came and killed the rest of them before they could turn around. The Iron Fist speeder bikers zoomed forward, and formed a wall inbetween the Ralltiir defense force, and the downed speeder bikes. One score troops mounted the speeder bieks, while the other score set up heavy repeating blasters and hunter-seaker missile launchers. The first score speeder bikes parted suddenly and the second score of seeder bikers came roaring down on the troops. They parted and went to the edges of the street, while the troops at the back of the Ralltiir Defense Force turned to shoot at them. Then the hunter-seaker missiles filled the air coming start at the enemy troops, who couldn't turn and shoot the missiles down before they were killed. An A-wing Slash, with speeder bikes instead of X-wings, and hunter-seaker missiles instead of A-wings. The specialized forces had been trained wel in all military areas. The heavy repeating blasters opened up and started to strafe the enemy troops. The speeder bikes had retreated to the sides, and then they came in at the troops from the sides. The enemy troops were blocked in a square. The speeder bikers on the sides, a score of specialized troops at the back, which was becoming larger as some of the Iron Fist soldiers from the front came to the back to help out, and normal Iron Fist troops in the front. Plus 144 Shadow Droids flyng over head, and a street below, they couldn't go anywhere. Grand Admiral Snowkan quickly called to the president.
"We are dessemating your troops. they don't stand a chance. I can order my Shadow Droids over to the building you are in, and you couldn't stop me. I own this world. Surrender."
"Never will i surrender. The citizens of Ralltiir will revolt."
"I don't doubt that. Look out your window at the holo screen across from your building."
The president looked out at the holo screen and saw soemthign that he hated. Grand Admiral Snowkan was on the screen and he was tellign the citizens about all the black market deals the president had made with the citizens taxes. He knew what was going to happen. The citizens would revolt for sure, but against him, not against Grand Admiral Snowkan. Then he saw the beggining of the end. A mob of citizens waving blasters and blaster rifles were coming against him. He quickly ordered the FIDO defense machines near his building to activate. They came up from the ground and started to kill the citizens. Grand Admiral Snowkan realizing this, wuickly sent in some Shadow Droids to blow up the defenses.

"Iron Fist fighters, this is lead. Break into squadrons and get those FIDO defense systems. Use ion cannons, to not harm the citizens."
The fighters broke itno squadrons, and the FIDO defense systems were neutralized. The fighters scouted around for more defense measures. Then they saw something they didn't like. Five Carrack cruisers were landed on a platform that was rising up from the ground. To the side of the platform was another one, and another. In total there was five platforms, 20 carrack cruisers and 260 TIE Defenders. Enough of a fleet to break a hole through the Iron Fist line, and get into hyperspace.
"Grand Admiral Snowkan, i see something that might cause a problem. 20 carrack cruisers and 260 TIE Defenders. They are on platforms that rose from the ground. They are situated in the eastern edge of the mountains near the capital city."
"Thank you for the report."
On the other side of the planet another pilot was seeing soemthign similar.
"Grand Admiral Snowkan, i see 10 dreadnaughts and 104 Uglies. they look like DIE-Wings. They are on huge platforms, in the middle of the ocean."
"Grand Admiral Snowkan, the carrack cruisers are lifting, along with the fighters. They seem to be heading towards the ocean."
"Grand Admiral Snowkan, the dreadnaughts and fighters are lifting."
"This is Grand Admiral Snowkan. All fighters head over to the ocean. you will find 104 Ugly fighters there along with 10 dreadnaughts. Use missiles and blow the hell out of them."
The Iron Fist fighters roared away towards the lake. 24 fighters got the first dreadnaught, 24 the second, 24 got the thrid, 24 after each an every one of the dreadnaughts. The Ralltiir fighters were bunched together, and 96 fighters easily blew them out of the sky with missiles. the dreadnaughts had holes blown in them and were drifting. One had it's back end completly liquified when the concussion missiles blew up it's reactor. The fighters roared up into space, all except for oen fighter. This fighter roared towards were the carrakc cruiser were supposed to be. he saw them lifting up and going upward into space.

"Sir the carrack cruisers are heading for space. I suggest we regroup above them and then come at htem when they are below us."
"All ships move to sector three. Iron Fist, Serpent's Poison, Serpent's Smile, roll so you can use all of your top guns against the enemy ships."
The communications officer rushed up to Grand Admiral Snowkan.
"Sir we have a report from Teth. A TNO Fleet has jumped in system. It is much larger then our own fleet. Sir, if we don't get help, we won't do much good at Teth, other then getting ourselves killed. The two Gencore Mk.II Shield Generators are online and working at full capacity. They will have to use one hell of a lot of fire power to bring it down."
"Send a message to Roon. Tell them to jump out and come here. Send a message to the Mon Calamari Republic. Ask them if they could help us, and if they could to come here. Get the ships at Falleen over here and send a message to both the New republic and The New Alliance and ask them to come to Teth and help us against the TNO fleet. I don't expect much help from the New Republic, not after we retreated from Talus, but The New Alliance should come in and help."
"I agree. i am sending the messages now."
"The fleet from Falleen should be here in about half an hour, so just when we get to the carrack cruisers. The fleet from Roon should be arriving shortly after that."
"Keep heading over to where the carrack cruisers are."
The ships slowly manuvered towards the caarrack cruisers.

"Sir the Mon Calamari fleet has arrived."
"Thank you."
Grand Admiral Snowkan looked out the window at the fleet. It was huge. 9 MC-300s, 2 MC-100as, 4 victory star destroyers, 7 Ageis Star Cruisers MK.II, 1 carrack cruiser, 5 nebulon-b frigates, 1 escort carrier and five corellain gunships. Behind it came the fleet from Falleen. Then the Roon fleet came in.
"All IFE forces, fire on those carrack cruisers."
The IFE forces fired again and again at the carrakc cruisers. The CR forces, seeing what was happenning, came and helped out. One after another of the carrack cruisers blew up. The fighters were desemating the enemy fighters. On the ground the battle was over.
