Alexander slumped into his seat as he looked at the blue glow of his trusted servant, Lazarus Binks. A man that he had trusted throughout his military career. He listened, his ears unforgiving as his face turned red with fury.

"You've been found guilty of the following charges, my lord..." Lazarus started, hesitant at first.

"Unauthorized actions leading to battle with other groups, the Selling of confidential information to enemy factions, and Improper usage of rank and privledges"

Lazarus paused as the bridge of the Redemption grew silent, and stared at the Lord Protector.

"You are to be immediatly stripped of all ranks and privleges and place under arrest by Galactic Defence Initiative Authorities, m'lord. You're arrest warrent has been dispatched to all Defense Initiative planets."

Alexander shook his head, not believeing the lies that the Defense Initiative was laying across him. He had never sold any information to an enemy of the State, let alone support one. Not once had he abused his power, and not once had he gone against the wishes of the Supreme Commander, and yet he was to be court martialled.

"Thank you, Lazarus. I suggest that you pack up, and leave any Defense Initiative world, as they will no doubt be defeated at any given time."

The man nodded his head casually as the blue image faded from the hologram displayed before Alexander as his Fleet, the First Guardian Protectorate eased it's way out of the Esseles system.

"That son-of-a-@#%$!" Alexander bellowed outloud as the crew around him continued to remain silent. He looked around, his blue eyes glowing with the fury of his emotion.

"Open a channel to the fleet." Alexander demanded as he rose from his seat at the speed of lightning.

"Channel Open, Sir."

"This is Lord Protector Alexander York to all Guardian Vessels. This message is to inform you that I am no longer your commanding officer. I have, in point of fact, been stripped of all command priviledges, and ordered to return to Defense Initiative space, where I will promptly be arrested."

He paused for a moment, wipping a bead of swear from his brow.

"Many of you know that I have done nothing unloyal to the Defense Initiative of this Galaxy, and some of you do not know me that well. In a moment, I will order all of you to lower your shields, and shut down your weapons, as an Imperial Fleet, both Jutraalian, and New Order will be summoned to this very position, where I intend on making them an offer. To those of you that do not wish to be a part of this Insurrection, I ask you to leave formation, and return to Defense Initiative space, where a battle already rages."

As he attempted to continue, the voice of Admiral Tander, a respectable Admiral within the Fleet interupted.

"The Anvil will have none of this. Insurrection.... during a time of need?! Are you Crazy, Alexander? I'll have none of it!"

Alexander turned, and sighed. "If that is how you feel, Admiral. Then I beg of you... .Return to Initiative space."

As he spoke, Alexander's tactical advisor interrupted. "Sir, the Anvil is powering up it's weapons!"

Alexander nodded his head. "Do the same. If he wishes to threaten this vessel, he will have to go through me."

Alexander quickly finished up his speach as weapons charged.

"For those of you that wish to support Admiral Tander, I beg of you, depart this space now. For those of you that desire true Galactic Peace, support me. Fight for the honor that Isstal has denied you. Fight for the Guardian Fleet, the Guardian of the Galaxy!"

As Alexander finished his conversation, he quickly returned to his command chair as the Redemption slightly shook, it's command bridge turning slightly as the ship rocked.

"Shields impacted, Sir. Minor damage. It appears that several Defense Initiative supporters have either begun to break away from the fleet, or join the Anvil, and there attack."

Alexander nodded his head as he turned to the Communications officer.

"Dispatch an immediate message to the nearest Jutraalian, or Imperial ship or outpost, and tell them of the situation. Tell them that a Rogue Defense Initiative Admiral requests a meeting."

The communications officer, hesitant at first, carried out the order as Alexander looked out of the viewing ports of the Redemption.

"Fire a shot back at them, but not enough to damage the ship."

As he spoke, the red streak of a Turbolaser impacted the Anvil as the ship rocked gently. Immediatly the voice of Admiral Tander spoke up on the communications link between the two ships.

"Your puny insurrection will not go unnoticed, Alexander. The Defense Initiative will not tolerate this violent act of Terrorism!"

Alexander smiled. "An Act of Terrorism against the largest terrorist of the Galaxy, Isstal is not an act of Terrorism. It is an act of defiance. Isstal speaks of peace, as he cloaks himself in a shroud of innocent civilians, claiming to be evacuating worlds. He is merely a fool, and this time, he has declared the wrong man an Enemy of State."

As Alexander spoke, the Anvil slowly turned, and entered hyperspace.

"Lower all shields, remaining ships, and disarm all weapons. I do not want to pose a threat to the Imperial envoy ships when they arrive."

(OOC:Sorry to jump in on this thread, but i'm hoping you realise that you cannot do this Nelix.

All assets of a group are under the explicit control of the owner, in this case one Dxun Isstal.

Regardless of your former position, i'm sure the staff will veto this thread as being entirely contrary to the rules.

If not, Isstal hjas just been royally screwed.)

(I know. What I've done is divide the fleet, lower the shields an weapons of half of the ships, and send out a distress signal to the Imperials. Isstal put me in charge of the fleet, and he declared me an enemy of state. Just gonna get back at him ICLY with the character that he messed with. No biggie. I don't care either way.)

I'm not going to type up an IC message, so here's what happened:

<li> Alex York is stripped of all commands (IC) for the crimes stated. OOC; I simply don't trust you. A GDI Admiral cannot have a character in an enemy faction, it simply doesn't work.

<li> Alex York attempts to rally his own fleet against the GDI or each other, and bring TNO/TJE ships onto them.

<li> Redemption's crew arrests Alex York and adds Attempted Mutiny and whatever I call sacraficing a fleet.

<li> Guardian fleet falls under command of Admiral Tander and returns to GDI space.

Sounds good to me.

Meanwhile enroute back to GDI Space one of the Nemesis Class drops out of hyper with engine difficulties, which unbeknowst to them are caused by pirate sabetours.

The Ships is set upon by the pirates who capture it in reperation for services made by the New Lorrell Raiders.

Isstal wakes up from his slumber to find a note hacked into his comm system saying:

"Thanks buddy, consider the debt now paid in full."

*kicks him*

You'll get your ship in a few days. I can't rush these things... just hope it doesn't get blown to bits in the meantime!
