Drip

Somewhere deep in the bowels of the long forgotten warehouse, a pipe was leaking out a brownish consistency, adding to a puddle of rancid water that had been growing slowly for decades.

There have been estimates stating that the mass of Nar Shadda is in upwards of 300 percent greater than the orginal mass of the moon, due totally to th mass exploitation of its surface by the Hutts, humans and lowlife population that resides there. The mighty repair stations, towering spaceports and mammoth refilling stations that blanket its surface long ago covered the last vestiges of Nar Shadda's orginal surface. In a way remarkably similiar to Coruscant, the growth of Nar Shadda was upward, and there are many levels of the city built directly on top of previous levels.

Nar Shadda pulses with life. The moon has four distinct periods of night and day, yet even in the darkness the moon never sleeps. Nar Shadda is a place you can lose yourself..... a place where you can make your fortune or have your fortune slip through your fingertips. The scum permeates to the moons core... but the farther you venture from the crowded skylanes of Nar Shadda's noxious atmosphere the fewer of them are visible.

Qive's punch knocked the dripping pipe into a ninety degree angle stopping the trickle of water. The warehouse became deathly quiet. Qive looked around the dimly lit warehouse. Stacked from ceiling to floor were mountains of crates, sturdy metal boxes with some aurebesh writing on their exteriors. Otherwise the warehouse was empty. Devoid of life.
They will come.
The messages had been sent. Cryptic and vauge, they had been delivered to some of the galaxies most deadly men, promising them a great oppurtunity. Then a location. Nothing else.
They will be arriving soon.
Qive leaned against a pile of crates, partially obscured by shadow, and began to wait.

Vash stepped into the darkness of the warehouse. It was empty, except for the multitudes of crates stacked against every wall. The only light in the entire building seemed to point at a door. Vash could see fine, of course. Gen'Dai had quite good vision. He pulled up the datapad one more time to make sure he was in the right place.
"Nar Shadda....Lower Colonies...Third spaceport...past the the red tower...old warehouse." He said to himself. He looked up once more. This place seemed to match the description pretty well. He wasn't sure why he was here though. A dark and vague letter had been sent to him a few days ago, telling him where to come, but not why. He would have dismissed it, had it not used his name. He wasn't sure what to expect.
Vash stepped under the tiny light that was suspended from the ceiling. The light barely encomposed is massive frame. Well over seven foot tall, Vash was a sight to behold. He checked once more, making sure everything he needed was working and where it belonged. He knew the two pistols holstered on his thigh's were there. He had a feeling those would be of use. He shifted his back ever so slightly to make sure his new favorite weapon was there.
He had flown here directly from a planet that had been sieged by some ex-Imperial forces. He had been hired to protect it, and did his job quite well, but never recieved his payment. So he decided to take a trinket of his own.
The people he was protecting were a peaceful race, but their shielding technology was amazing. While hiding from enemies, he stumbled into some kind of museum, coming upon a strange weapon.
If you saw it resting on the Gen'Dai's shoulder, you wouldn't think much of the weapon. It was a hammer, made from some material that Vash didnt care to learn about. It ran almost all the way down his back, the head resting snuggly between his two shoulder blades. The damn thing weighed nearly three-hundred pounds. Vash found that even he couldn't use it with ease, nor could he fiugre out why the tiny Sakath would have any use for such a weight weapon. But all that changed once it's power was activated. Upon flicking a switch, the hammer it seemed to lighten. Vash was still unaware of how it worked, but arcs of electricity began to run up and dlown it. Vash had found that he could smash through even the heaviest objects will relative ease. It didnt last long though. The power seemed to drain him. After several minutes of use he was tired, winded, and would have to shut it off. It would take some time to master it.
Vash stepped through the door lightly, making sure to avoid any trip wires or mines that may be placed in front of him. This room was exactly like the other, boxes stacked against every wall as high as he could tell. Vash took a second to scan the room, making sure he wasnt walking into a trap, but decided that if he was, it was too late now. He took a seat on one of the boxes and waited.

The Krayt's Fang, a modified CEC YT-2400 lands on Nar Shaddaa`s spaceport and it gets service quickly, the fuel is loaded, but the fuel was no problem to the crew, but it had got hit and few repairs had to be done. Nebael cursed their bad luck while Kra`el repaired the hit, but shaked his head in fustration as well. Nebael looks at Kra`el.
"You know...I can go first, because if this is a possible employer I believe, that he doesn`t have to see us both right away, so I will go check it out while you repair the ship and follow me afterwards cause you know where, that storage room is."
Nebael explains while putting his gear on and takes his gaffi stick, he gives it a swing and nods while Kra`el gets back to fixing the ship. Nebeal pushes the landing ramp opener and walks out with his gaffi on his right shoulder, many people on the landing pad look at him and are curious, but also terrified by this creature. The mask alone wasn`t a good mark and when you add how heavily armed this man was you could tell miles away, that he was a bounty hunter. Nebael wasn`t affraid to show it and moved out of the port only to encouter something very familiar on the streets of Nar Shaddaa, a crowd of people only few seemed to notice him. He began to make his way trough the crowd and many avoided him as soon as they could and few didn`t have time so they fell pushed to the crowd by this powerful figure. Nebael saw the same type of merchants, people and most of all scums than on tantooine, he could ironicly say, that he left home only to find himself in another one. He secure`s his blaster rifle on his belt and most of all his credits when a screaming children group passes on his both sides as if playing, but when one tried to take his credits he grabs the boys hand with an iron grip.
"That ain`t going to work on me boy, but since you got the guts to try to rob me I will not punish you." Nebael smiled behind his mask and let the boy go, then he turned away and walked towards his destination. He arrves at the warehouse door and pushes it open, but of course he was aware of traps and he took a peek inside where he saw a Gen`dai sitting on a box. He smiled and opened the door enough to sneak in and walked to the boxes in front of the gen`dai. He inspected this Gen`dai finding this to be another bounty hunter and sat on one of the boxes, he whirled his gaffi stick around just for a waste of time waiting for something to happen.
"Oh..." Nebael remembered. "If you are the guy who called me here then we will have wait for my partner, he will be here soon enough..."
Nebael sat there wawing his staff.

The Bounty came out of hyperspace with a rough stop. The coordients were right he had came to the space of Nar Shadda he got a message from an anonomys person to come to this planet. Deak had wondered why he was being sent there but if it was a job he wanted it. Deak pushed a few buttons on his computer and the ship went down for the planet.
"Now arriving at Nal Hutta." said the computer.
The computer said Nal Hutta becuase to the Huts it was called Nal Hutta. He pushed a few more buttons on his computer. There, he would be fine until he reached the atmoshpere of the planet.
"Now in the planet's atmoshpere,"said the computer,"Engaging landing gear."
The ship slowly hovered above the landing pad. The ship gave a jolt and slowly landed on the landing pad. Deak pressed a button on the ship's computer and the hatch came up. "Time to find this warehouse." Deak thought to himself. He got out of the chair of the ship and streched out. He jumped out to the side and started walking. He took out the letter and quickly scanned it to see where he was going. He walked south and down many alleyways. Then he saw a ware house. The number to the warehouse did not match so he had to keep going.
Deak was now tired after two hours of walking very quickly. He stopped to rest for a moment and saw a very heavily armed man walk to a big door. He had a traditional gaffi stick of the Sand People of Tatooine. The man pushed open a door and went inside the warehouse. Deak began to wonder if the man was indeed a bounty hunter. So, he slowly walked up the street to the warehouse. His jetpack on his back began to seem to be heavier as he kept on walking to the warehouse. Deak noticed that the door was already open and he stepped inside. Deak saw two other people a Gen'Dai that he saw on the Sakath planet and the other man with the gaffi stick from before. Deak just leaned agaist the wall and waited for someone or something that had sommoned him there. Whatever it was he hoped it payed...well.

OOC- Was waiting to give Lash/Kra'el time to post. But I've waited long enough
IC-
The time was right. Qive stepped out from the shadows, joining the three other deadly bodies that were congregated in the small open space amid the piles of crates. As the others turned their attention to this new development, they were unaware that another presence, a sinister presence, was watching them.
Reaching out, Tir Esias expanded his senses, allowing the power of the force to flow through his body. He felt it curl and flow over the four others in the room, who glowed as wellsprings of life-energy amid the dank, lifeless warehouse. His sense felt the relentless but distant tug of Nar Shadda outside of the warehouse, but he easily blocked out this distraction. As he felt the force touch each of the others in the room, he concentrated, forming a mental image of each, studying who they were and creating a mental map of the their locations. In this way, he "saw" those who had answered the Union's summons.
Before any of the assembled bounty hunters could react to Qive' sudden appearance, Tir Esias stepped out from an opposite direction. As he spoke, the others turned, taking in his odd visage- dark glasses, long straight hair the same color as the lenses of the glasses, a well manicured red business suit, and a long metallic cane.
"Greetings, my new friends, from the Union."
Tir Esais moved his head from each of the hunters assembled in front of him, stopping the slow pan momentarily directly at the face of each one.
"I am pleased that those of you who are here answered our summons. I was expecting a few more..... and I promise that you will be rewarded for your appearance.
You, and those assembled here with you are some of the galaxies most dangerous beings. Your reputations precede you."
Tir Esias smiled.
"I am here to make an offer that will be beneficial to everyone here. All that I ask is you consider your options very carefully before making a decision."

None of the assembled hunters spoke up.
Reaching out with the force, Tir Esias felt the varying emotions of those who stood before him. The mild disinterest of the Gen'Dai Qive was the easiest to detect, as he already knew what was going on and made no attempt to hide his emotions. The figure clad in mandolorian armor was interested in the offer.... the possibility that it would be a monetary windfall being the major factor. The other Gen'Dai's mind was wary, on gaurd. The last figure's emotions were the hardest too read, and his thoughts and motives seemed enshrouded by a thick fog. The fact that he could not penetrate the man's mental barriers annoyed Tir Esias, but only mildly. If it had been necessary, he would have used all of his arrayed power to overwhelm the hunter's mental sheild.... but there was no reason to exert himself right now.
"My name is Tir Esias. I am a represenative from an organization known as The Union."
The name got no reaction from the group, though that was not unexpected.
"The Union's power and influence is beyond that of any organization with which you have ever associated, outside of perhaps the Galactic Empire or Galactic Coalition. We have united criminals, companies and terrorists- Black Sun, the Hutts, the Exchange. The Galactic Liberation Front pulled of its deadly attacks only with the assisstance of the Union."
He let those statements sink in.
"We have called you here, because the Union is constantly expanding its reach and influence. You represent the best of the galaxies hired guns: you are those who are called out to chase the bounties of those who make the powerful, angry. You represent the exact sort of 'power' that the Union exists to assist, to develop, and to benefit from.
What I am offering you is a chance to become a part of the Union. I propose that here today a pact is formed. A alliance of sorts is made. Today, a new guild of Bounty Hunters shall be formed. Backed by the power of the Union, there will be no one beyond your reach."
And he fell silent, awaiting the response of the cadre of bounty hunters.

Vash listened intently to the man's words, waiting for someone else to speak first. As time passed, none of the other bounty hunters said a thing. Vash took the initiative and stood.
"From what I hear, the Union is has it's hands in some pretty risky business. It has also managed to stay relatively secret, a major feat with such a large inter-stellar...corporations such as yourselves." Vash said, pacing forwards towards the speaker slowly.
"My name is Vash. And I feel that this allegiance could be very...beneficial to both of us. Im in."

Nebael continued wawing his staff around and listened the deal the union people would be offereing to them.
"I am here to make an offer that will be beneficial to everyone here. All that I ask is you consider your options very carefully before making a decision."
Nebael laughed inside his mask for a second and then remembered, that he wasn`t supposed to be here alone, but If that ubese wouldn`t appear Nebael guessed, that the deal was up to him for their part. Nebael put the gaffi stick to his and took his comlink calling for Kra`el.
"Kra`el you no good lazy ubese! get your butt over here and fast!" Nebael was of course away from the others and he was getting worried when no one answered.
Nebael curses and turns back to the others shrugging.
"My friend ain`t coming...few difficulties with our ship you see, but back to the matter at hand." Nebael smiles "what do I have to lose in this deal? Nothing..well perhaps my life, but we are already dead in away so I`m in...my name is Nebael..." Nebael smiled leaning against few crates..
(OOC: Kra`el is very busy and he can`t take part in this rp...or any others for a while propably...he`ll be back...)

The bounty hunters were in agreement. There had been no opposition. None had been expected, but bounty hunters were notoriously rebellious and independent. They perfered to be loose cannons, renegades, lone wolves- even when such a status limited their potential. The Union would hone their individual power, magnify it, increase it exponentially.
Through the Union, great things would be possible.
"I am pleased that you have excepted my offer. I assure you that you have made a wise decision."
Tir Esias swirled his cane.
"As a sign-on bonus, you may take anything from this warehouse that you please."
Sensing the mild confusion eminating from the bounty hunters, Tir Esias smiled.
Gathering the force around him, Tir Esias focused on a nearby box. He raised his cane and swung a force-assisted blow at the side of the box. A pile of small spheres tumbled out. Qive instinctly stepped back at the sight of them.
"Don't be alarmed, Qive. They aren't armed."
The spheres were thermal detantors. Highly illegal, military-grade thermal detantors.
"Help yourselves to whatever you find. I must take my leave, but you will be contacted again soon."
And turning on his heel, Tir Esias dissapeared among the mountains of weapons laden crates.

Nebael smiles when he sees the weapons and turns to look at the crate behind him, he opens it with his gaffi stick and puts it on his belt, then he picks up a blaster and throws his old one away. He smiles trying it and shoots at the wall making the other bounty hunters propably jump in the air in case this was a set up. Nebael laughs slightly, his laugh was empty and deep. Nebael fills his bag with some tools, explosives and weapons enough for him and Kra`el, finally he picks up a heavy blaster rifle, which had a tripod on the top. He runs his hand on the weapon smiling and attaches it in his back, he leaves the warehouse and the other bounty hunters behind.
" This will be a very profitable relationship for us all Tir Esias "Nebeal smiles when he takes a step into the sunlight.
He walks trough the crowd towards the spaceport and when he arrives at the ship there was no one around his ship, well actually his and Kra`els ship. He walked in and banged the wall with his gaffi stick yelling.
"Kra`el! You no good Ubese where are you? I brought you a present." Nebael smiled.
He walked in and saw no one, he checked every room yelling for Kra`el and finally put the new weaponry in a closet before sitting down. He ripped his hair and shrugged. "Odd" he thought, why wouldn`t Kra`el take their ship if he would screw him or leave him? Propably was too scared or something, but now he had to meet that Union man once more. He locked the doors of The Krayt`s Fang and began to sleep to regain strength for new profitable reltionship.
