Observers: New Days (Salamat)
  • Posted On: Dec 19 2003 8:11am
It took several weeks of micro-jumping and creeping about the galaxy to meet with the Aing-Tii Envoy.
&nbsp &nbsp &nbsp &nbsp
They met several light years from the Kathol rift.

Vonta remained on the Aing-ti ships. There was much to be done. Although she was not sure what it was that she was here to do.

The rift was an ominous anomaly starring right back at the pair. It was as large as a nubula but no nubula was as alive as the rift. It appeared to move of it’s own accord at certain points. Jagged bits of lightening came from within.

“Why are at the rift Talis? I was under the impression that we were on our way to Aing-tii out post on Exocron.” That was the planned heading but rather then a planetoid they arrive here at the feared rift.

It was a pilots nightmare. In the rift one could not see with their sensors and there were gravitational anomalies that would ripe a craft to pieces. Most of this data was drawn from probes that reach the edge of the rift before losing contact.

Talis sat without answering. There was something that was troubling her.

“Talis?” Vonta inquires to the strange looking sentient.

“There have been some…unexpected developments Observer.” Talis slowly uttered out.

There was a pause as Talis looked at the rift with recollections.

“There has been a betrayal in the council of Ten.” The statement, in Aing-tii fashion, was left with an open fact.

Vonta grimaces she had an idea of what this involved.

“The Member that spoke out against me in my trials?” She laid out a guess, that being seemed duplicitous beyond reason. He had it in for the Observer and she had no idea why.

“Yes, 6 of ten, as I well refer to him.” Talis makes a slow high pitched chirp. Vonta guessed that it could be the equivalent of a sigh.

“6 of ten was against allowing an outsider as your self tp be privy to out ways. He has it in his mind that we should be more offensive in our dealings with out siders. You must know that it is our policy to hold fast to ourselves, not allowing our selves to become so involved that we may be dragged into something that we may not want a part of. We seek to punish slavers but the fact remains that we are only so many and we can only do so much while seeking to keep our isolated ways.” Talis was speaking of the very reason that the observers were brought into this.

“The Ten are made up of four castes the Religious Sahedrim , the Governing hedrim , science Anhedrim, and warrior Sanhedrim. 3 members from religious, science, and warrior castes are selected to the council. One Hedrim is selected from amoung our elders to govern us all. The system works by senority. The eldest are the most revered from their number the wisest of them rule over the council. 1 of ten is the greatest and most powerful leader we have had in many centuries. Lately the Sanhedrim have been restless. Seeking to unite against slavers with some common ally. 6 of ten was the strongest voice for it. He, along with one member of the Science cast and one other in the warrior caste.
The religious caste foresaw that a great disaster would befall our people if you were to continue your path. Or so we interpreted the force visions. So you were sought out. Pulled from a point in space and put to your trial that to prove your worth. We thought that you posed some greater danger to the universe. That you were the threat that we foresaw.

Our Fears were unfounded as we only realize now..

The force sought more recently to show us of the Religious caste that your time was coming when you would be needed. So here we have come. You are not the bearing of destruction but you may be the answer to preventing a disaster within our own ranks.” Talis shifts from side to side pacing. She is visibly shaken at what is transpiring.

“And what is so important now Talis?” Vonta pries further. She senses the her Order is to play some vital role.

“That is for 1 of Ten to discuss.” Vonta could feel Talis performing some sort of force technique.

She spoke in vonta’s mind but it was not Talis’s mental voice but that of 1 of ten’s the elder of the Aing-tii.

“Listen well Observer for I have time only to tell this once. There has been a plot but radical members of our people to force the Aing-tii into the open as no other has done in thousands of years.

Ten of your days ago this minority faction led by three members of the Ten took control of our Ship yards. We are unable to stop them from doing as they please now. They disabled all ships except those that they control.

What they seek we do not yet know but we do know that they seek to overturn all that we hold dear to ourselves.

You were not the bearer of destruction as we had interpreted. It is quite the opposite. You may well be out only hope left. Stop 6 of ten and bring us back to balance.”

With that the Hedrim’s voice and presence left the room. Talis was her self again.

“You see Observer,” Talis spoke again in her own manner. Vonta was wondering just how that was possible to act as a link. And how disconcerting it would be to have someone else controlling your actions, “If I had not left to see you I would not have any ships left to see to this rebellion. Now you must play a role in this though I know not what part you well act in. You have the knowledge of times lost and technology that has not been seen for ages of time.”

“Return to your ships. Tell them to slave their systems our navigation controls and we shall continue into the rift to my home of Salamat.” She spoke the name of the Aing-tii home world for the first time.

Vonta had nothing to add they seemed to need all due speed so speed they shall have.

The rift was a daunting anomaly. But this mission she was to start. It seemed as if it would be even more trying then she had ever expected. Even the danger of the rift paled in comparison.

Back on one of the carrier support cruisers Toryn went over the battle data that he had obtained from the one called Talis. It stated the military strength of the forces that they would be facing and the tactics used by the rebels. The Aing-tii home world was based in the Kathol rift as such there were only a few viable hyper space routes that came into their planetary system.

Toryn is the only current master of the Teras Kasi residing in the Alderaanian Guard. But this mission fit the goals of his order. Seeing to dangerous force users when some of their own become rogue and dangerous.

The best path was to enter the system from a distance and use stealth to enter their planetary space undetected.

Weaponry of this race was new and formidable. They had devices to knock out a ship with and devices to send an organic crew into uncounscousness.

The ships were small and able to sustain damage that conventional larger war crafts would be able to sustain.

The Aing – tii themselves had a rather large fleet. Over a hundered ships in system at this time. But all of them had been sabotaged to the point that they were inoperable for some days they had to worry about 15 ships that were loyal to the rebels.

He had a few options. There were 4 Observer carrier cruisers, the two training frigates, and 6 of the Aing-tii ships traveling with them that were out of the system when all of this took place. They had been pulled from Exocron and other patrols for this mission.

So 12 ships, 6 cloak able two of those six were only armed with non-lethal weapons and the Aing-tii ships were evenly matched to the opposistion.

His best course of action was to Send in the Aing-tii as decoys and to sneak past the opposition with the cloaks. The Aing-tii had no fighters but their weapons were rated to take on fighter craft. Cloak and bomber modules would be needed for this mission.

Toryn needed to compare notes with Greyy and Vonta before he finalized anything though.

As he left to contact them he relized that the ship was moving again. He felt the change in the ship’s vibrations. Last that he knew they were heading into the rift.

“This mission just keeps getting better and better.” Toryn grumbled to himself at the thought of the treacherous space.

Things seem to change at the drop of a hat around the Observer Order.

The gray skinned form of Irman Nogar sat crosslegged meditating in his quarters. He was quite pleased with the accomidations. The Training frigate had all that a teacher could need, a warm bed, work station, and most importantly a meditation chamber.

He would have made do with a quiet corner of the ship but this was quite nice.

There was much that he did not understand but when an ancient race of force users asks for assistance who was he to refuse.

He found it curious that as a race every member of the species was force sensitive. Quite the concept to one that is an anomaly among his race. No Nohgri was supposed to have the capacity to be force strong. Yet here he was, a master of the Aiki ways. The last master of the Aiki that is.

He let out a gentle sigh.

Closing his eyes he began his business meditation on these proceedings would be required.

His chest rises and falls ever more slowly as he relaxes his entire body. Slowing down his bodily functions to focus totally upon his inner strength. On his very link to the force it self.

The world around him become more like a dream with each beat of his heart that slowed with each beat until it was still for longer then one would think possible. It stops just short of stopping.

In this state the world is the dream and the mind is the reality.

Here Nogar felt most at peace, the world was something that he could ‘see’ through the force as tangible energy.

Here he knew that every thing was connected through the force.

A tingle at the back of his mind interrupts his enjoyment.

Something was…off.

He turns inward searching for the errant emotion he detected. The Tingle grows and then hits him.

Irman tenses in the real world as his mind is assaulted with pain. Making him feel as if someone were stabbing his brain with needles.

Images come to his mind. He watches as ships engage in battle.

Not just any ships but those of the very fleet that he is traveling in. All at once they explode as if something had happened within each craft.

A shadow looms over him. Malevolent and disturbing it hovers over the remains of the fleet. One wall of black that even the light of the explosion could not pierce.

He Blinks as he awakens from his meditation.

He was sweating heavily.

A vision of the future perhaps? Or a warning of treachery afoot.

Either way he must be vigilant.

A message was sitting on his com unit waiting for him. Grabbing a towel Irman wipes sweat from his brow.

He was to join the council at the conference room.

More news from Talis. He hoped that his premonition did not come to pass. And that this Aing-tii was telling them everything.

Thinking of possible deceit he heads to meet his comerades.

Toryn and Greyy went over the details.

Both agree in a two pronged attack. Both also agreed on seeing to it that the ships entered in cloaked. What they could not come to an agreement on is how they would be able to react. Talis had supplied them with some of the Aing-tii battle tactics but it was precious little.

“We are entering a battle with an enemy that we do not even understand.” Greyy stated to himself as much as to Toryn.

“One that possesses powers that are well beyond those of normal beings I might add,” Toryn stoop in full guard regalia. The Royal Guard uniform in white. Only thing that he lacked was that mysterious looking helmet. Greyy always considered that it was made so that it would make any that saw them fear their wearers. The helmet was made so that it made one look almost inhuman. Like some kind of apparition from beyond the grave come to deal out more of the death that had befallen it’s tortured soul.

Toryn, raising his head to look Trespe in the eye, gives a wry smile, “Such is the mission of the Teras Kasi friend.”

Greyy similarly regaled in Royal guard type of armor grins back. His was a variation on Toryns armor. While it was white, the armor had an equal amount of red in it. He was once a Royal Guardsman. In the service of the empire he did many unsettling things just because he thought naively that the empire was the only way to bring light to the universe. He thought this way blindly. Up until the empire decided that his home planet of Alderaan was proper canon fodder for the first Death Star. Greyy founded his Alderaanian guard. Trained as soldiers the white meant that they would fight only for the right reasons. Greyy wore read in his uniform as a constant reminder that he still has blood on his hands..

“But such is not the way of the Alderaanian Guard Sabreen. No matter how much we have integrated the way of the Teras Kasi into our tradition we are still soldiers first. As such it is folly to face an enemy that you do not know.” Greyy leans on the table in front of him. Data pads that represent all of the mission data lie scattered on the surface. Across the table Sabreen Taps the pad to scroll through the lines of data.

“But such is the way of your guard to help those that need help.” Toryn looks up again at the founder of the Alderaanian guard.

“We help those that need us is that not correct?” Toryn was Greyy’s successor. But the irony is that he is much older and much more experienced then Trespe. Teras Kasi training at the highest levels slows down aging. Allowing those that practice the art to live long lives. Gaining them an advantage in wisdom over force strong quarry.

“It is, but it is also my tenent that no one goes into a mission rashly.” Greyy counters as he poured over probable data.

The enemy was Aing-tii. The same Aing-tii that sought them out for help. Their ships had devices that could knock you out cold for hours. In addition to weapons that knock out your ships.

He considered the issue of the Aing-tii’s teleportational abilities. If they cold transport Vonta as far as they did then why not do the same in order to take back their forces?

Simple answer. They can inhibit each others ability to teleport to certain locations.

A useful tactic.

The Observers had the edge in stealth and surprise.

Toryn tossed a pad at Greyy. With reflexes born of intense training he caught it inches from his faces. His eyes scan over the pad.

It indicates that the resistance is oraganized and led almost completely by 6 of ten.

“The bipedal rebels need him to keep it all together.” Toryn Straightens his back putting his elbows on the table top he places one hand over his clenched fist. His face sits on top of the knuckle.

“Take the head and the body well fall.” Greyy understood this was to be the point of their battle plan.

Wordlessly the pair head off to join a war council.

The small fleet stopped several hyperspace jumps from the Aing-tii home world of Salamat.

Via Hyper Portal everyone convened on one of the Training frigates. Talis her self stated that the Aing-tii vessels were not meant for gatherings of larger groups. The Training frigates worked perfectly though. They were meant to be diplomatic vessels to seek out new members to join to the order.

Or so that is what Vonta Horn envisioned using them for.

Master Nogar, Toryn, Greyy, every one that she requested had arrived.

She turned to floor over to Talis, “Shall we begin then.”

“We shall.” Talis states flatly.

“First of all I must express my deepest thanks for helping us in out hour of need. I know that some of you harbor us ill will but I hope that we can earn back your trust through our future actions.” She looks each person in the eye as she conveys her words telepathically.

“Now the real order of business, the counter offensive.” Talis waves her hand and data pads appear out of nowhere in front of each person. Everyone is a bit startled but the just pick up the pads and start going over the information.

“As I have mentioned before my people are facing a rebellion. 3 members of the Council Ten have taken measures to try and change what has been for countless generations. Their plan is simple. They have taken the rest of the council of Ten hostage. And disabled most of the ships in the system. Many have been taken off line. Others have had bombs placed on them controlled by the rebels.” Greyy raises his hand for a word interrepting the Aing-tii.

“And how did they pull off that part of their plan?” Greyy is curious the logistics of disabling a larger force vary with each situation but he needed to know what cards they were holding in the mean time.

“There is only a minority of insurgents, but they are spread amoung our people and well organized. Everything that happened occurred within an hour. There was little time to respond.” She answers.

“I have a feeling that you well next be curious of why we do not use our teleportaional abilities to put a stop to this?” Talis states again as a question.

“As a matter of fact yes.” Greyy answers crossing his arms.

“Aing-tii have the ability to keep each other from teleporting to certain areas. So they have made it so that we simply cannot just teleport in.” She sounds slightly annoyed. As if it should have been an obvious reason.

Toryn chimes in, “We, Greyy and myself, have gone over the battle plans and tactics data. Our conclusion is that we need to use a two pronged force to take the fleet elements. One, the Aing-ti ships, act as decoys for the Observer vessels to get close to your council is being held. Equally we distract the forces further while we send in a small force to deal with the leader of this movment.”

“We hold him hostage and the whole coup falls apart.” Greyy finishes the thought for his friend.

Portal travel.

Landing.

Group details and battleing with Aing-tii
Facing heavy odds.

Going after the head of the group. 4, 6, and 7 of Ten.

The plan is set up.

The make shift fleet is broken into 4 parts.

The six Aing-tii vessels enter the system making an obvious frontal assault.

1 training frigate and 3 carrier support cruisers fly in under radar. At a specified time they well drop their cloaking devices and assault the Aing-tii coup forces from the rear come.

All the while these actions are nothing more then a diversion.

While the main force is engaged the second training frigate drops cloak infront of the base engaging the remaining forces that would have held back. Once engaged the forth Support carrier drops the cloak and engages the enemy with fighter craft assistance.

Two Hyper shuttles well be left out of the fray. One well cruise to a docking port with one portal operator onboard.

The rest of the plan is left to the second portal craft.

* * *

In the Salamat system the six Aing-tii patrol ships drop out of warp. They seem to just appear out of now where. Such is the nature of Aing-tii warp technology.

In the system there are several dozen Sanhedrim ships just floating dead in space. The victims of the coup efforts. The crews have been confined, trapped by the threat of bombs that have been placed on their vessels.

9 of the twelve functional coup vessels move to engage the new force. They hail saying that they well kill the ships if this new force does not stand down.

The plan cannot be deviated from so the Patrol rescue fleet continues on. They cngage each other in a flurry of light. The patrol fleet travels by twos. The first two vessels take the brunt of the first assault. Lighting like fire jumps from one vessel to another. The null burst render crews uncounscious on both sides.

The two lead ships continue forwards drifting now.

Like wise do two of the coup ships.

Odds shifting from 9/6 to 7/4 odds. Still infavor of the coup fleet.

Two more vessels continue forward exchanging fire with another set of enemy ships. This next set ends up the same as the previous. Both drifting. Their momentum ramming them into each other sending them into slow tail spins.

5/2 odds still not pleasant.

From just as the two fleets were to make what would have been the third and final attack of this battle three disk like ships and one claw shipped one appear out of nowhere to the rear of the coup forces.

18 modular fighters with cloak modules and the three carrier support cruisers make the first run after decloaking. The Support cruisers let loose with a strafeing run. Each is equipped with 6 heavy turbo lasers and 4 heavy Ion canons. First they let loose a volley of 6 proton torps along the bow of one ship. They all focus their fighter on the point of impact once they come into range. The fighters make it there first with there medium laser canons they receive a return fire that knocks more then half of them off line. The Aing-tii weapons having shut them down. Those in tact pass by and cloak again while the rest that are disabled just drift under their momentum. Next 18 turbo lasers and 12 Ion canons cut into the ship. Aing-tii vessels have extreme shields. If they wanted to take one out concentrating fire was the only option.

They receive return fire that knocks out one ship sending it coasting with the fighters. Two fall victim to Null burst projectors. The crews are knocked out cold. As the ships pass the rear of the vessels fire two more torpedo bursts a piece. The crews in the rear of the ships luck out and manage a parting shoot to the now injured Aing-tii vessel that took the brunt of the assault. The only operable Carrier cruiser cloaks to just avoid taking fire like it’s fellows.

The last rung of the Patrol fleet broke into a new formation. One fell behind the other using the other as a shield.

The forward patrol fleet vessel takes the brunt of the attack. But takes another coup ship with it as two more Aing-tii ships start to drift.

One coup vessel damaged, one more out of the fight. Odds 4/3 still in coup forces favor but much more promiseing.

The attack has scattered the fire of the coup vessels. Not knowing how to react to this surprise attack.

The traing frigate follows it’s support cruisers in.

It launches its fighter complement of 24 modular fighers, 6 intercepter modules, 6 cloak and 12 bomber modules.

The ship is a larger target then the support cruisers but is much better armed. Although it is all non-leathal ordenance.

The Training frigate fires a volley against two more ships. 18 Ion canons each into one vessel while Lighting guns and Ion encumberance take on a second. The fighers focus onto the injured ship.

In seconds the training frigate is disabled but as are portions of the oppositions ships a small favor for the gift of uncounsiousness from more Null burst fire. The fighters fair better. The bombers let loose a barrage of 24 concussion missle and 12 porton torps they were pleased to see some of the shields flicker and die They finish by strafing the ship with Ion canons and medium laser fire. They follow the mother ship though as all but two are disabled.

The Intercepters fire from a distance using their advanced targeting computers to stay at the egde of the enemies range and yet still manage to get accurate hits. Cloak fighters strife and run. The damaged vessel only has a few weapons batteries left but is still firing.

The last Aing-Tii ship takes out another opposing vessel before taking fire itself knocking it out of the fight.

Odds 3/1 and some odd fighters.

The Aing-tii coup fleet was damaged but their ships were still fuctioning.

The last carrier cruiser held back baiting the remaining ships an letting the fighters score more damage. In continuing attacks.

Further in the system near the Ship yards the third group appeared. The 3 vessels that were holding back were starting to edge towards the battle to finish off this new opposition.

The second training frigate drops cloak directly above their forces. Launching the same group of fighters as it’s predecessor. It immediately lock on to the vessels and fires. Ion canons for one, Ion encumberance system and lighting guns for another and ion torpedos for the third. The Twelve bombers eat into another ship. The surprise is short lived. The Aing-tii knock out the frigate and half of the fighters before too much damage was done.

The forth carrier cruiser appears underneath the three coup fleet vessels. Catching them off guard to get on volley off before passing them with a strifing run along with 6 bomber moduled fighters. It turns towards the other battle in progress the other remaining training frigate and fighters fighting the first set of coup vessels from a distance. Two from the second fleet move to give chase.

Leaving Cloak moduled and intercepter moduled fighters to deal with the remaining ship.

In the confusion a small Hyper shuttle has managed to dock just behind the remaining coup vessel. It takes not of this firing off it’s Ion like weapons to disable it. Between trying to hit the fighters that are spitting crimson blaster bolts at it.

The ship is dealt with so it ignores it.

* * *

On board the Hyper Shuttle a single hyper portal operator counts down the seconds mentally.

She shut down all systems expecting such an attack. She sets the controls to reactivate systems.

The fighters have all but destroyed most of the ion like weapons systems pointing in the immediate direction of the shuttle. Null burst projectors are all that are left. Just as the system comes on line the coup ship takes notice and fires a null burst knocking the operator out cold.

The captain of the coup vessel assumed that any thread was neutralized with the null burst fire. And Biological would be out for hours.

That would be true if not for the hyper portal.

Farther off from the vessel and out of range of all combat is a second Hyper shuttle. This one filled with passengers.

The hyper portal on the other ship comes to life filling the Portal’s arch with a blue energy. Through the energy came, single file, a boarding crew. Consisting of, Greyy trespe, Toryn Sabreen, Vonta Horn, Irman Nogar, Talis, a Jensaarai, two Teepo paladins, 4 Noghri, and 7 Aldeeranian Guardsmen.
  • Posted On: Dec 19 2003 8:23am
Words are in short supply the situation demands action first and foremost.

The twelve guards men all have a Ylsimari back on to block the force.

Greyy has one himself.

As they open the Hatch the white garbed trooper head out first in military fashion. One after the other setting up along the side of the wall to watch the corridors. Greyy had his full guard uniform on and with it he was an ominous figure. His garb was red and white bring images of blood stained material to mind. With two fingers out he indicated to the Alderaanian guards men around him to follow him to the left.

Every one moved ahead of him their foot fall even in unison.

Nohgri shadow guard dressed in gray versions of the Guard armor move stealthily a head of the main group. Acting as forward scouts for the team.

Vonta watched the 14 guardsmen go off in the opposite direction she was destined for. They were going to cuase a distraction for the rest of the team.

Vonta Looked at the group Talis took the lead. This was her home ground so she was to lead them.

Teepos had their blasters out and blast shields down. They scanned the area for any sign of the enemy with their radar like force senses.

Vonta and those force users with light sabers, or saber like weapons in the case of the Aiki Light-bo, things were going to get tense and soon.

***

---Greyy Trespe---

Greyy was uneasy this was the first time that he was going against a new form of force users with the guard. He had trained his forces against the Observers with their unusual tactics but he was not sure if they were yet prepared.

The rounded another corner. A Wookiee in white guard armor indicated to his nose that he smelled something near by. All Wookiees in the guard had an slit that they cold open to sniff the air. It afforded them another advantage in battle. He pointed his large gloved hand to the left to indicate the direction the scent came from.

Two nohgri appear like shadows at Greyy’s side. The shake their heads.

The pair had gone done the right passage to scout ahead. No forces from that direction.

Soundlessly the second pair skulked back weapons in hand They took up positions on either side of the corridor.

The found an enemy. The fact that the pair had side arm blasters drawn meant that trouble was coming their way. The wookiee nodded indicating that the enemy was coming near.

The Nohgri shadow guard had no Ylsimari with their natural ability to seem almost absent from the force they were the perfect scouts.

Greyy had a total of 10 ylsimarri packs. Each had a null force bubble of 3 meters. Combined there was a bubble of 30 meters.

He Looked in both directions. He heard several thuds like something just hit the floor. From the left her heard a flurry of Chirps and clicks. They could not hear their words mentally now even if they wanted to. The Null force bubbles made that impossible.

Greyy remembered the Aing-tii ability to stick to the ceilings.

He took his blaster and set himself up taking aim.

“Fire!” He cried the moement that the wookiee gave a nod. He smelled them within firing range even if they could not see them.

All at once the corridor was lit but crimson bolts. Several Aing-tii droid dead to the floor with blaster bolts in their heads and bodies. All to critical points. He could not afford to was a shoot.

He and his team push forward. The opposition were expecting to be able to use the force against conventional fighters. This was no longer an option so they fell back and he had to push the advantage for as long as he had it.

Vonta Horn.

Alarms start blaring around the force sensitive team second team.

No one stopped to make note of the alarms.

They had to finish their objective.

In order to end this battle with as few cuasualties a possible. Greyy would have the advantage for a time. With the opposition robbed of the force. But how long could that last?

The Teepos held up a fist. Pointing down to the right. A moment later foot fall could be heard.

Talis Opens a door and everyone slips inside.

The sound of forces of the move along to walls themselves was a strange thing to experience.

“How much farther? “ Vonta asks the Aing-tii named Talis.

--300 more of your feet down next left corridor.—The statement held as every one left the safty of the room.

Making the next right they stop at a door 300 meters later.

Vonta makes the call of who goes when. Talis was last because they needed her safe to finish this. Toryn would go first through the door along with Irman who would deal with the door. Vonta would coming from, well, another direction. Then the Jensaarai who covers for the the Teepo paladins.

Vonta gave a count down on her fingers. She closers her eyes to focus on the force. One finger drops, then two slowely her body becomes transparent. One the drop of the third finger Irnan lays both hand on the door the door way immediately starts glowing with a blue aura. One the drop of finger four Vonta has her blaster in one hand and her light saber in the other. She extends it out so that it is a baton staff in her hand. She drops the visor on her eagle styled helmet. And activates the blocking portion the but of her blaster. Giving her a make shift arm guard. One One finger down she passes through the wall using phase shift to make it so that her molecules were existing partly in another dimension of space.

Through the wall she was greeted by surprised faces of Aing-tii coup members. Several raised their hands to through several loose items at her with the speed of a powered projectile. She empowers her weapons and moves forwards batting them aside. She fires 6 shoots in quick succession the blue stun bolts hit their targets in the head dropping each person where they stood. She was heading for a chair set above the rest.

6 of ten glared at her with those same ominous eyes full of shock that changed quickly to anger.

She fired a shot at him but he blocked the shot with his bear hand.

A moment later the door ‘blew’ up. Sending out a shock wave that knocked two more aing-tii to the ground.

Toryn was the first through the door. He extended a pair of red saber claws. Each saber claw had two meter long light saber blades. The Two aing-tii that fell jumped from the ground onto the ceiling. Seemingly defying gravity. The raised their hands up against Toryn in white Guardsman garb. To their shock nothing happened. The Teras Kasi master was pushing the force away from his body. They could not use the force against him no matter how hard they tried. Toryn Jumped up kicking off the wall to come to the pair’s level. He passed them by and slashed once with his light claws. The two fell to the ground with a thud. They were dead before they hit the floor.

Irman flasher through nexted using force speed to run across the room and take out several more guards with his light-bo. They fall to the ground with several more thuds. Although they are lucky enough to be alive when they hit the ground.

The remaining ones at 6 of ten’s side pull fire arms of some sort. The Jensaarai lights his saber to parry their weapons fire. The Two teepos come in firing stun bolts that fell the remaining members still on their feet. Using Teepo blaster art to get their blaster bolts through any force defense. Several bolts are returned but the teepo keeps the blue bolts from hitting their place of origin with a flurry of saber movments.

Vonta is now right on top of 6 of ten. The male Aing-tii sends a force push at vonta. She expects this planting her feet so that she took the brunt of the attack on one side of her body. She balanced her self so that she went with the force of the attack spinning her around but not decreasing her forward momentum one bit. She extends her light saber into a full staff mode. She grasps the it by the back, the staff pulsing blue as she empowered it, She struck like lightening even without the aid of the force. The aiki discipline did guide her strike though. She felt where she would cause the most damage. Right at the left of the eye. She catches him square in the side of the head. Sending him flying from his command chair and to the ground. Landing at Toryns feet.

6 of ten moves to get up with he comes face to face with a pair of light claws and a being that does not seem to be in the force.

He stands up slowly looking around to see that all of his men lie on the ground uncounscious or dead.

Talis moves in. There is chirping and clicking coming over all of the comm. Systems. Crying for orders as the fleet battle continues out side and as the Alderaanian guard move through the ship yard making a decoy offensive.

--Talis, you traiter! You well pay for this!— he screams in every ones minds. So that all could hear his denouncement. He said something else in Aing-tii clicks and chirps. No one else but Talis under stood but they all guessed that it was some sort of insult

--I only see one traiter here.— Talis replies as she takes the command chair and activates the comm. System. She glances at either side of the chair. The two that were using weapons were 4 and 7 of ten. The other coup members on the council.

She sent out a message to all forces to stand down seeing as they had their leaders at their mercy.

There was a pause but slowly everyone begain to acknowledge. The ships out side stood down.

The fighters were nearly all disabled by now and only one carrier support cruiser remained. Although one of the Aing-tii patrol fleet had come regained control again. Ones ship did not lose all of their crew in the first attack after all.

In the after math it was discovered that 20 ships were unaccounted for. The coup members had used them to bribe a group that had yet to be discovered.

Those members that traded the ships would soon be found soon enough.

Two days later the envoy that delivered the ships returned to Salamat to find the entire fleet was restored to full power again.

The ambassador (by the basic name of Af'khas) that was to be named the new 6 of Ten, leader of the Sanhedrim, once the previous 6 of ten was named hedrim. But he returned home those three days later only to face charges of treason and imprisonment.

Greyy rested relieved that he did not have to fight on any more. The resistance were closing in on their position. Innitially his team's use of energy weapons and Ylasimari packs detered them.

But they regrouped using energy weapons.

Had the resistance kept up he would not be standing in the land of the living.
