The dark figure stood in silence onboard the bridge of the Second Division Flagship, commanded by Vequil Nuruodo, a commander that had single handedly defeated the entire Seletekian Fleet. Quite an impressive career move to have on your resume, in the Sovereign Chiss Empire. A single message came through in the form of faint blips, undetectable by any other fleet in the Galaxy. The Code of the Chiss remained as secretive as the location of the Yuuzhan Galaxy.

The ominous features of the Second Division hung lifelessly within the star cluster, radiation storms flashing across the distand reddish-blue starscape.

"A message from the Emperor, Captain Vequil. We're to commense our attack on Ando at once."

Commodore Kane sat in his command chair on the bridge of the Claw. The fish-heads were under attack...again.

"Message from Fleet Command sir." Said his Watch Officer.

"Yes Lieutenant Stephens?" Kane asked.

"Your orders are to proceed to Ando. You are to defend all Mon Calamari intrests in the system. ROE is red, sir." Lieutenant Stephens said.

He gived me my orders but still says sir. Letting me know that he realizes that he is the junior and I am the senior.

"Fine, order the fleet to proceed at flank speed to Ando. We will launch in 1 minute."



Kane leaned back into his chair as his fleet left their home base which was fortunately quite near Mon Calamari territory. The fish-heads were going to get balled out of this by Black Hand and pay handsomely for being saved.

Captain Vequil was reading in his quarters as the message came in.

"Sir, we are under orders to attack at Ando at once. The Mon Calamari Republic needs to be taken down a notch."

"Excellent. Prepare the fleet for battle. Jump to Ando. Load up the ground forces."

The Sovereign Chiss Empire's Second Fleet, jumped into hyperspace, on route to Ando. The Mon Calamari Republic would pay for the terrorist assault on Nelias. They would pay for even daring to defy the Chiss Empire.

Several hours later they emerged at Ando.

"Power up all shields. Launch all fighters. Launch the ground troops, assault the Mon Calamari facilities now."

"Yes sir."

The fighters boiled out of the fleet, missile banks full, lasers fully charged, shields activated. Shuttles, full of stormtroopers and assault vehicles began to land on Ando, not far from the Mon Calamari base.

"Power up the gravity well generators. All shuttles, return to space. Fighters, stick close to the capital ships, though prepare to head groundside if the ground troops request for you."

The ground assault force brought by the Second Fleet was on thr ground, and proceeding as fast as possible to the Mon Calamari base. In space, shields were active, and weapons were primed. If any fleet dared enter, they would be stopped.

With a smooth grace the Black Hand fleet reverted to space. Ahead of them the blue ball that was Ando sat. Whoever it wasn't Ando that drew Kane's attention, it was the warships orbiting it.

"Sensors, give me a full report on the system and those warships orbiting Ando."

"Sir, we detect 4 capital class warships. We have a 90% probability of them being 1 Victory, 2 Intredictor type ships and a Marauder. A large number of fighters of varying types are also deployed. IFF indicates that they are Chiss ships. We also have what appears to be a minor battle on the ground. There are enemy ground vehicles but it doesn't appear to be too large of a number."

"Are we within weapons range?" Kane asked.

"If we maintain our current advance speed we will be within effective weapons range in 2 minutes."

Kane hesitated, he had less than a minute to devise a plan and get it working.

"Would they have detected our Bird-of-Prey's yet?"

"Executor and Razor's Kiss won't have been detected, the rest will have been."

"Order Executor and Razor's Kiss too have their nav computers plot a course taking them within 2 kilometers on the port and starboard sides of the enemy fleet. Once the course is plotted they are to engage cloaking shields and proceed at flank speed to their destinations, exactly 3 minutes from know they are to dis-engage cloaking shield. When they have engaged cloaking shield we will split up, Devestator will go straight on towards the enemy force with Silencer and Intruder leading to the port and starboard. Devestator is to engage their grav-well generators. The enemy force will be gunning for her and it will be Silencer's and Intruder's job to keep them off her. Spear and Lance will take up a position ahead of Devestator and they will move around the battlefield destroying enemy fighters. That will leave Claw and Rampage on the outer-edges of the battlefield. Sabre Bomber Group will commence a group assault escorted by Crimson Defender Group. Rapier Bomber Group will remain behind the action with Cerise Defender Wing. All the other Defenders will be 2 kilometers aft of Devestator."

"Drop aft shields and launch fighters aft. Arm all batteries and prepare to fire."

Within moments, the Fiest Fleet Division reverted to real space from Ord Mantell.

"Captain Vequil, withdrawl your fleet to Ord Mantell at once. Emperor Xilen out."
