"Jeren," Cronos called, sitting at an empty table in a pub, deep in the heart of Theed City. He'd told Jeren to meet him there, before they left to the queens chambers.

They'd been dispatched to Naboo to handle a political situation. The council hadn't really wanted them to get involved, but Cronos' insisted that they go. It would be good experience for Jeren.

They were supposted to settle a very common trade dispute. The Trade Federation wasn't totally cooperating, as usual, but agreed to meet them on Naboo, with the queen of Naboo. There was still a few hours left before there rendevous, and Cronos wanted to go over the plan.

It was quite a place to visit, this Theed City. 'Very nice place...' He couldn't help but smile, even if a little, at everything and everyone around him. He was almost caught up in the feelings of everything around him that he was started when his master called out to him. He suddenly turned and, finding the pub, he entered and approached the table where his master was sitting and waiting.

"Master...sorry to keep you waiting," he said as he took a seat at the table. "I was admiring the nature of the planet." He sat calmly at the table, curious as to the details of their negociation assignment.

"Yes, it is beautiful...now for the reason we're hear. The council would like us to be present when the Trade Federation and the queen make their negotiations. incase anything happens. The Trade Federatin has been known to fight dirty."

Cronos took a sip of his drink, relishing the taste. It was a frozen fruit blend, with a drop of correlian ale in it.

"The negotiations are due to take place tonight."

Jeren looked at him and nodded. "So we are just observing the negociations then...no interference from us unless trouble starts." He looked a tad interested in finding out more about this mission.

"Right. We act only if the Trade Federation tries something."

The night past quickly, and soon it was time for Cronos and Jeren to attend the negotiations meeting. When the were near the gates of the castle, Cronos suddenly slowed his place, and looked around as if he was trying to find something.

"Something is here..."

Though Cronos could not feel the sith, he knew he was there, because he could not feel him. He opened his mind to Jeren, to prevent eavesdropping.

Jeren listened to Cronos in his mind and nodded slightly. 'I'll be cautious...though I'm not seeing or feeling anything. I'll be wary, though, master...' Continuing to walk forward, he kept his eyes open, though he also tried to not act suspiciously. Walking through the night, he had some difficulty seeing in the shadows, though he was glad they were near the gates. Should something happen, they could hopefully get through them, at least, thats how it worked out in h
