My wish list is:

- Fable 2
- Fallout 3
- Lego Batman
- Spiderman: Web of Shadows
- Prince of Persia (4)
- Left 4 Dead
- Dead Space
- Gears of War 2
- Far Cry 2

(The ones in bold are the ones I, likely, will be buying to keep; the rest I will rent or try out and more than likely return to keep my money... too many great games, so little cash - at least to blow on games!)

I'd add Call of Duty 5: World at War to that list.

I already own it, but I recommend it - Hells Highway: Brothers in Arms

And for those of you who haven't guessed based on the games I most often play, recommend and bitch about, I'm an avid FPS/3PS fan.

Shooters FTW!

Also a goodie, Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter.

I do not really diversify much in games due to lack of time to play them. I still haven't finished the first KOTOR on my original Xbox and after the purchase of 2 360's (alas my first finally got the red ring of death) it doesn't look like I'll be going back to KOTOR or the original Xbox.

Every blue moon I'll advance a little bit more on Oblivion doing missions or whatnot.

Currently, I only play Halo 3 on my 360 and Rome: Total War Barbarian Invasion on my laptop when I am not TRF'ing.

Games I might be interested in Renting:

Force Unleashed
former Fallout titles?

But, in looking over games I might be slightly interested in purchasing:

Call of Duty 4
Rainbow Six Three; Las Vegas

Games I will be purchasing:

Gears of War 2
Dead Space
Fallout 3 (never played the fallout series but my interest is piqued)

If I like COD 4, I'll look into COD 5. But I expect I might get it when COD 7 is coming out because I am a cheap bastard that doesn't like paying $60 for a game.

Woahh you left out a few important ones. I'm stoked for these even though I never really played one of them much and the other I haven't played at all, but I know they are both huge classics..

Starcraft 2 and Diablo 3.

I'm also curious to see how Mirror's Edge turns out.

I've been contemplating giving Mass Effect a try but I figure I still have Oblivion to get through, which is one of the greatest RPGs of all time, so I don't need another hindering my progress in that. I've had Oblivion for over a year and still haven't spent enough time with it to get through the campaign.

Also wanted to give Sins of a Solar Empire a shot. Whenever I read about that game I think about how much it seems like something all of TRF would be into and we could play together. I'm kind of surprised no one has really gotten into it or suggested it for everyone here to play as a group. I mean... come on... it's all about galactic conquest!

Some games I highly recommend (all PC titles):
Crysis (if your computer can handle it)
The Orange Box (the Half Life series is one of the best FPS out there, and Portal is amazing)
BioShock (great story, very creepy)

I would pick up Starcraft 2 if it ever came out. I did not know it was coming out after that whole 'Ghost' debacle.

Actually, I also remember seeing Sins of a Solar Empire and wanted to give that a try as well. But I usually wait for PC games to go under $20.00. I bought Rome: Total War for $20 and then I let my dad play around with it and he kept it and bought the expansion. I had to buy another, with the expansion and paid $15 on Amazon. But those 'empire-building' games do appeal to me. I was hoping Rome: Total War would be a complete game in multiplayer mode as well but unfortunately, I believe the multiplayer options are only singular battles. Such a shame because I wanted to crush my father's empire.

alas.

Bioshock I am waiting to fall under $20.00. Orange Box as well.

I completed Mass Effect much quicker than I thought possible. Took me about a week (and that's fast for me) and I had rented the game. I go back and forth over whether to buy it or not just because it was a cool rpg. If I see it for $5, I probably will.

While I like FPS, I do not like PC-FPS. I prefer FPS on consols. And the opposite for RTS games or empire-building games. I prefer RTS on PC rather than consols. I tried the new Tiberium Wars (Tiberium Sun 3) on 360 and was put off.

I thought this was a wish-list, not an "already played or own" list.

I am going to pick up Fracture this week. Also Battlestations Midway as it looks promising. I'd also like to get a hold of Lego Batman but as I already own the complete Star Wars Lego Saga and Indiana Jones, I'll probably hold off for a while.

I want to buy Endwar. I think Paul will be on board with me on that one.

Wolfenstien is a must have!

And those are in addition to the games Paul already highlighted and the ones mentioned by yours truly previously.

I get OXM (Offical X-box Magazine) monthly, so I have a pretty good idea of what I want and when it's coming out. That and I tend to buy the games I want right when they hit the shelves or within a couple weeks at the most. I still haven't bought Battlefield Bad Company, though I want to, but I've already played through the whole thing and I don't do a lot of multiplayer gaming on Live anymore. I think I'll probably pick it up with Vegas 2 at the same time - same story with that game.

I know its ironic that I like FPS and combat sims so much yet don't spend much time on Live, but I really like the single player modes.

At the moment my Live is playing up - I'm having trouble with my Ethernet cable running from my PC to my Xbox 360 (with the PC internet being wireless via a wireless router upstairs). It had worked previously, but for some reason has decided not to lately... and I don't want to fork out $150 on an Xbox 360 specific wireless adaptor.

But, yes, insofar as Lego Batman goes, I'll grab that because I've only rented the previous Lego titles and didn't play them very far before returning them. Mel and I need some decent, easy to play games where she can get involved in what I like - hence, Lego Batman is probably right up our alley; not only do I get to play a game I'm interested in (Batman, ahoy!), but she can run around doing her thing as Robin or whoever while I aim to pass it... perfect, some could say.

With Endwar, I looked at the box and thought it would be interesting; but at the same time, I'm conflicted because isn't it a RTS? Or is it a FPS? I think I'm confused between World at War and Endwar...

I'll research it a little.

Also, of note for those who loved Bioshock:

Behold - Bioshock with the theme and grittiness of Batman!

Oh, and:

More related awesomeness!

If I had a PS3 I'd very much like to give Metal Gear Solid IV a try. Looks pretty wicked.

I'd also like to try GTA IV

Oh wow... that Dead Space game looks sick. Is that 360 only? I just checked that one out on gamespot. If I had a 360 that's definitely a game I'd be picking up.

Did you check out the Batman game links above? They look promising, too...
