Vega: a ten day free trial comes with every copy of World of Warcraft. So find someone who owns the game and hasn't given theirs away yet.

Of course, in Blizzard's infinite wisdom, they have seperated the US servers from the European servers, so you won't be able to play with us anyway.

*dances gleefully*

I mean, that sucks man.

I've never been one for RPG's MMO or otherwise, but WOW has me rather hooked.

Its a good game. If only the in game customer service didn't suck.

Seems a stupid way of dealing with in-game related issues.

I'm sure having an in-game gamesmaster seemed like a good idea at the time.

...they all sound crap.

Though I did watch WoW once, and had to say it was pretty large, heh. The guy was flying on a transport griffen, and it was impressive watching all of the land fly by with players running around beneath.

I wonder why developers make some decisions, really. Is there an Australian based server yet, since last I heard it was all a matter of 'connect to the closest server you can, mates down under!'; which sucks balls.

On SWG, what's the story with this "Trials of Obi-Wan" expansion or some shit that's coming out? Someone told me something about it, but I think it kind of sounds limited, unless they plan on allowing hundreds of thousands of Obi-Wan's to run around...

I belive Obi-Wan appears as a force spirit and gives quests and such on the planet Mustafar. That's all I really know about it though, you can go here (http://forums.station.sony.com/swg) for the offical forums and look it up. I can't go there myself though...as the network I am currently connecting through on suddenly decided to block the site (just because it has 'games' in it's tags).

Um...too late. There's thousands of Jedi running around already in game....(good old devs decided to throw contingentcy right out the window....)

Ahhh... fun times, indeed. Jedi by the dozen.

Damn them for giving into player demand... damn them. :p

Well, they DID need a change in system. The one they had was cracked out with the randomness and none could really become a Jedi.

Honestly, the system they made was just as bad. (a blantantly obvious place that you and the clan can take and get Jedi characters) They really should've just done a random dice thing for your account. If you win, you're force sensitve, you fail then too bad! Therefore, the people whom are really desperate would have to pay the fees to activate multiple accounts and thus more profit!

See?
