The wierdest meal I've ever had was roast dinner (the typical English sunday meal) with tomato ketchup over the top.

Well, I tried escargot once.

I used to have snails all the time back in Vietnam. Until I started keeping them as pets. Then I stopped.

Isn't snails like a delicacy in France? I'd like to try snails some day though only as a delicacy, not a regular meal or anything.

I ate a sandwich with (from botton to top) bread, butter, chease, sausage, peanutbutter and orange marmelade once. It really wasn't too bad

Wow, that's a pretty damned mixed up sandwich, what did you do? Just raid your cupboards for leftovers and use them?

I had snails when I went to France. They taste like chicken. Chefs in England don't do it as well as the French do.

I once had a pancake with chocolate, cheese spread, ham, maple syrup and salami. It didn't go down well. :dead

Damn, everybody has such perplexing meals compared to my tomato ketchup roast dinner. It makes me sound pathetic. :'(

I ate a spotted dick once.

The name is a lot more fun then the food itself, I must say.

Were they ketchup packets?

Awesome. No, I just decided to one day get a bottle of ketchup out and drench my sunday roast in tomato ketchup. I don't know why though. :S
