Those are just sand dunes. Nobody actually lives there. =P

sand dunes you say? well that seems perfect. I like sand. Maybe when I am old and crippled I shall go there and die.

I wouldn't mind the earthquakes or the Tsunamis actually. I just don't want to die by inhaling ash or go walking around with burns all over my body. Ugh.
