First off Gash I wasn't carefully dissecting anything... you read into my post way too much.. I was simply trying to state that it's @#%$ up to blast somebody just because they like a certain type of music that you don't like... that's all... everyone has different criteria for music...
Yes for me I think music should sound good... regardless for the skill it takes to play. I'm not trying to start an argument I was actually trying to forego one... is the post I made hypocritical? I didn't think so at the time... I just said what was on my mind... Most of my anger on the topic came from a few days ago at TGC when a couple of @#%$ idiots were doing the same thing... blasting people's music just because it's popular and gets played on the radio and/or TV... it's like some people think that in order for something to be cool they have to be the only one that knows about it... and nothing popular can be good and I think that's ridiculous...
And if you want to carefully go over everything I say as if there's some well thought out plotting on my part go ahead... there's not... I'm just trying to point out that no one's right or wrong... I'm not right... you're not wrong... you like what you like and I'll like what I like... and everyone else can like what they like but why can't they like that without everyone telling them how stupid they are or how stupid what they listen to is?
