They should devote those resources to making The Subtle Knife or a good movie, instead of just another comic-book-turned-into-a-movie-with-too-many-cuts-and-changes.
I don't know why every one dislikes the early Batmans. I thought when Michael Keaton played him it was pretty good, I mean, he doesn't seem like a good Batman but if you think about it, no one ever looks at Bruce Wayne and thinks he could be Batman. Keaton's Wayne gave you that impression even though, you know, he really was Batman.
Everyone is a critic and opinions are like assholes; everyone has one but they all stink. All you are required to do is go to the movie, rent or buy it upon release and play your part in this thing we call commercialism.
