Just another one here. An exchange student I know is going back to Austria, so this is a farewell picture.

Did you scan the lineart first, or was it done entirely in PSP ?

I drew it first, then went over it in Paint Shop.

It looks like you "went over" the original drawing with the pen/brush/whatever tool (I'm not familiar with PSP). Did you ? If so, I can give you a few pointers on how to make your lineart smoother and cleaner, if you want.
