It's strange how we never see any Canadian tourists from any other province than Ontario, or at least according to the license tags, at any rate.

Things are a lot better than they could have been. There are down branches and traffic lights here and there in the local area, and that's pretty much it. Isolated areas without power, but there aren't many of those left now in the local area. There was a tornado reported in the Gibsonia area but no word of damages caused by it.

There is a gusty wind out of the north, bringing in very cold temps. My father just got the word that he and a small team are being deployed down to Naples. Apparently they lost radio communications down there so...

But the main damage done is to the Keys, Naples, Fort Myers, Miami, and West Palm Beach.

Or 50 would equal our average fall day. Take today for example.

No damage for me, although power did go down for a few hours. Nothing troublesome.

We're all so connected. I hope everyone is okay.
