George Lucas is a guy that likes to constantly revisit his earlier works and make "improvements" to them or add things that he always thought should be there. Some of the changes I think are cool, IE adding the Jabba the Hutt scene to A New Hope. Some are horrible in my opinion, IE the scene in Jabba's Palace where Boba Fett like blows a kiss to one of Jabba's dancers or something. That in my opinion was completely horrible and completely tarnished Boba Fett's "badass" persona.

Replacing the "ghost" of Anakin Skywalker with Hayden at the end of Episode IV was also a stupid in my opinion.

I think in lieu of making anymore Star Wars films, Lucas will continue to tweak and modify them continuously. Rick McCallum himself said that he doesn't think George Lucas will quit changing the Star Wars movies until the day he dies. So who knows what to expect next after the films get released in 3D.

How will this affect Hayden Christiansen's one dimensional acting?

Until the day he dies, you say?

Interesting...
