So I was shopping at Wal-Mart, stocking up before my next few series of moves, and I came across a twenty dollar three pack of this, 007 Nightfire and Indiana Jones: The Emperor's Tomb or whatnot. I thought this was a pretty good deal, so I grabbed the pack and eagerly installed Galactic Battlegrounds. I didn't get far into it before I turned on Bruce Almighty and then On Gold Pond (incredible movie btw) but I managed to toy around with the scenario maker and training scenario.
I must say that while the game has some rather erm...poorly done scenarios, the real promise definitely comes from its possibility to make these custom campaigns, scenarios, and multiplayer. I was wondering if anyone else had this game, if so that gave me some interesting ideas.
Also does anyone know of any sites where I can get new custom campaigns?

Uh, thats a pretty old game, not even worth playing without Clone Campaigns IMO...

I have it. Played it.
Didn't really care for it like I did with Age of Empires II so I never picked up the Clone Wars Expansion.
That's not to say I won't play it again. I just haven't lately. I would prefer, though, something like the old Starcraft game...
Actually, I almost picked up Command and Conquer Generals the other day. Came damn close..

Empire Earth is pretty sweet. I have that and it's expansion, I have AOE 2 and it's expansion, I have Starcraft and It's expansions, I have Axis and Allies and it's expansion, I have Cossacks and it's two or three expansions, and finally I have American Conquest. Yes, I love CP RTS games.
Empire Earth. Although I haven't played the game in a while, I remember loading up the Industrial Age on Deathmatch, and whipping out Napoleon and about 100 Grenaiders, and a few Cannoniers, Dragoons, etc., then just strolling into the computers base with the units on attack everything on the way mode and watch as the computer was crushed. Pretty sweet.

C&C Generals is pretty good. I just got it about five days ago. Unlike other C&C games, where you can just build everything, even in a skirmish you have to gain experience. You start out as a 1 Star General, and have to work your way up to a 5 Star General to get all the options. It is a lot easier to do that in a skirmish then during your campaigns. I have yet to play online, I prefer playing by myself to get better at it first.
I have the Zero Hour Expansion Pack, but haven't installed it yet, so I can't tell you how could it is.

Yeah, I rememberd one time my opponent was a newb, and I had been playing the game for a while, although on single player only. We started from the very beginning. Later on in the game, he sent a wave of Scorpions, backed by Phalanxs against me, only to have Gotha Bombers, and Colossus Artillery Cannons knocking the crap out of him in return.
