This is to inform TRF that Smarts is now a Moderator. As moderator he will be able to perform a variety of functions which, for now, shall remain vague and mysterious. He has shown himself to be a dedicated member of our community (suitably sold enough of his soul to TRF) and has been seen to exercise good OOC decorum (We are pretty sure he's not Xilen) and seems to be a pretty good role model (not batshit crazy).
Smarts will discover what the limits of his powers are as Titus continues to tweak the functionality of the board. He should be able to handle the planet list additions (though he should get someone else to add his takeovers) and remove any spam we may or may not see among other things.
He joins Corise Lucerne in this society of moderators (there may be one other but they apparently do not check their PMs).
I would consider them Staff and so members may feel free to go to them over issues of concern.
